“I had a great experience visiting the store. The salesperson Aaron wasn't a sales person at all. In fact, helped me like he was my friend. I loved the no pressure sales approach. He answered all of my questions without trying to push me in a particular direction. He was very knowledgeable and let me try out the various recliners for as long as possible.The store has many recliners from brands like HumanTouch, Cozzia and others. I got to try them all. I prefer the HumanTouch ones. Aaron was able to answer my questions regarding financing options and different warranty packages. “i bought my wife a 1959 Royal Futura 600 typewriter on etsy. it was supposed to be in great shape. it was not. i took the typewriter to ruben for restoration. when i got it back, it looked like new. more importantly, it typed like new. the wifey is very happy. my only caution to potential customers is to not expect a turnaround in a couple days. you will probably be waiting a month or so. ruben literally disassembles, cleans, repairs & rebuilds your machine. that is not a quick process so do not expect a quick return. its worth the wait!”

“Wish all transactions went so smoothly! Called their office and Neily regarding problems with my Copystar copier...The problem was the faxes were not transmitting properly and stretching out the the letters to the recipients. Recipients were only getting half the transmission. Neily asked for a copy of what the printouts looked like. She said she get back to me after the technician determined the problem. The next day got a call and the technician said it was a feeder problem and said they could come to my office immediately or after lunch since their office is so close to mine. I said come now...and the technician was here within minutes. George, the technician, confirmed it was a feeder problem and not some technical problem with the fax transmission, to my relief. George immediately fixed, cleaned and adjust the rollers and and cleaned the copier....did test faxes and everything was perfect. The price was reasonable and the service was great.......now my machine is in good working order...”

“So happy we found the Toner guy! We were recommended to him by Skill Office Machines, who did not work on the type of printer we have. Julio checked it out at no cost and even let us borrow a printhead with ink cartridges from one of his printers until we received our new one. And he was correct as he assumed it was the printhead that was not working in ours. Will definitely go to him when we are ready to upgrade our printer with his free printer program! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing!”

“I was in dire need for a new print shop who could work with my jobs, which require lining up double sided color prints perfectly and be able to do it at a reasonable cost. I needed a job printed today - and stumbled upon this place, called them and brought in my job for some test prints which they did with the best customer service! I came back 20 minutes later with the full run of over 80 prints and they had them done in half an hour for me, printed very nicely! “I have an IBM Wheelwriter 1500 from the 80's that needed help. The carriage wasn't working and the keys were sticking, among other things. It was dirty and gummed up. David Deng did an AMAZING job restoring the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results. It's been cleaned thoroughly and is now in pristine condition. So smooth. The carriage is operating perfectly...along with everything else. I never write reviews but this guy is a TREASURE. He knows everything there is to know and I'm sure that there aren't many guys like him left. He gave me a VERY fair quote and sent photos and video of the issues and his progress as he worked on the machine. He completed the work quickly and couldn't be a nicer guy. I HIGHLY recommend his services. And anyone that has an appreciation for beautiful old TYPEWRITERS knows what a gift it is to have someone like David nearby.”
