Not a reliable auto shop! Firstly, the owner mechanic does not have enough skills; very irresponsible. Secondly, the owner is rude and lacks good manners. Communication is very bad, he cannot express himself in English. I regret coming to this place. I will never come back. Finally, labor or cost to repair is unreasonable. Am sharing this incredible experience just as a courtesy to you. Sam, the owner will not take responsibility of his actions, he lied and will continue to lie. I went to his place three times to handle my complaint of his service, and he replied to me he was busy. This was only the second day after he fixed my car, unbelievable! We are in AMERICA, and SAM is acting like he does not care of his bad labor!

The level of car repair is too average. The repairman has been doing repairs for 30 years and only knows how to tighten screws. He has no professional ethics at all! Problems found will not be reported to customers and bosses. If you are ready for long-term cooperation, please choose here!

I have been coming here since 2019 with multiple cars and have spent GOOD money with this repair shop. Recently I dropped off my car for a break change and asked if he could plug his computer in to see if I needed any repairs in the future. I waited 5 hours. I called twice to see when it would be ready for pickup and both times I had to deal with someone over the phone who didn't speak English and wouldn't give the phone to someone who did. I showed up to find out he gave me a OIL change and didn't even fix my breaks claiming they were ok to drive for a little bit longer?? I asked for them to be replaced not for his excuse for being LAZY. I noticed the next day that my touch screen radio was also pushed in like someone had hit it and to top it off he charged me $60 to plug his computer in !! Any other Mechanic who I've gone to for YEARS shouldn't charge me to plug in a dam computer. Very disappointed that I've been giving them business all this time to find out they are some busters. Rather go next door to BNB Electric where I can deal people who do the job I ask them to do and speak English when I call.

I needed a smog check-but I had the check engine light on. I was overdue for a smog check (3 months late) and I desperately needed to get my engine issues resolved, as suggested from the engine light. We couldn't find anyone that could solve this issue-except for this company. They were able to diagnose our issue and I was able to get my car registered. This is a wonderful place! Full of very sincere and honest people :)

HORRIBLE place I took it to go get the Ignition key taken out and they kept it all dayafter they said only one hour or so and returned it to me all taken apart' and not working right. Now I have to take it to dealer to repair what they did and I had to pay original quote Do not go there!Service: Steering/Suspension

Manager of this shop is not capable of being dealt with in a professional business manner. I have a few cars that are rented out that needed maintenance done. The original quote is not the price that it came out to be when it was time to pay upon return of the vehicle. Just moved from Baldwin Park to San Gabriel recently and i thought this was a nearby shop to where I am located, but I was wrong to come here.
