We used to come here whenever we wanted to switch our cell phone plan. We got a couple nice deals on the phone.... We got a few freebies as well. Then, why 1 star? Long story short: WE HATE LIAR! It is that one day where we wanted to switch our phone plan into T-mobile newest deal where you are not bound by contract and you get 4 lines free talk text and 10GB shared data for only $100. We went there to ask if they have some sort of deal with the phone that comes with this new plan. They told us that in order to get that new T-mobile deal, you need to get 4 T-mobile phone. Then, I asked her if they have particular phone that we were thinking to get. They told us they did not have it.....then, they started trash talking about that phone. My advice for worker in Bunny express is: We are NOT your friend. We are your customer. So, please keep your personal opinion to yourself if a customer did not ask for it. No one cares about what you think about a particular phone! We just asked if your place has that phone. That sort of ticked me off, but that was not the main reason that makes us will NEVER come back to that store. The main reason was that the store keeper told us that you CAN NOT get this new plan WITHOUT getting 4 new phones. She explicitly said: "Why should T-mobile switch your plan if 'THEY' (t-mobile) can't make money out of you (when you buy that 4 new phones)." That did not sound right for us. So, we went to check to other T-mobile store, and we quickly found out that they just blatantly lied to us. Dear T-mobile, If you read this review, I strongly suggest you to reconsider letting this store to be your authorized dealer. You were about to loose this customer if it was not because that other T-mobile store told us the truth. We love Bunny (the animal). But we don't like doing business with 'Bunny express', and no matter how much we love bunnies (the animals), we will never come back to the 'Bunny Express'. There goes our first one star =(

After going through the existing reviews on "Bunny Express" (used to call Econo Wireless or Eternal Wireless), it all makes sense. This place is a pure scam, and they are not reliable and trustworthy. Once you sign up a plan and activate a line, they dont care about you anymore. Whenever you call them for a question, they would ask to leave a call back number, but they never call back. I had to personally drop by the store in order to get their attention. They say that let me write down your infos and we will get back to you. The only problem here is that they will never call you back. Me and my friends sign up contracts with Bunny Express and I am not the only person who felt this way. I recently renewed my contract with them, and I was told that after four months I could make changes to the contract to the way I want. As a result, I couldnt. I went back to the store to clarify. They insisted saying that they did not make the promise, and say I should have known and its bound by the contract. They made me feel like I was being stupid and I dont know better. As a consumer, the retailer should go through the details on the contract. I was humiliated and I got tricked. One of the reviewers left a comment at how they cheat the cellular provider. It is true. According to my friend who used to work as wholesale. He said that the owner of Bunny Express got severe fine by T-Mobile, because they tried to trick the system and claim additional commission. I have never felt so frustrated with any retail store, other than Bunny Express. As a victim myself, I must address this issue to the public. Do not go to this store. There are plenty of other reliable cel phone stores that you can go to. I already file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I strongly suggest other victims to do the same, so that no one will be "tricked".

This place really is a scam. I have known about them for a long time, I knew them when they were econo wireless. They will offer you great prices by cheating the cellular providers and you (example: they sell you a certain phone (plus contract) that doesn't have a rebate deal yet, then they tell the cellular provider that you bought a different phone that does have a rebate deal, they will take your upc / "boxtop", to use in future with some other customer, and off you go). They will also claim insurance claims if you bought insurance and leave you with the deductible, they tried it with one of my friends w/ att. (one day, att calls to verify the insurance claim, att even told my friend that the shipping address was back to the store!) They have been able to get away with this for so long because they keep changing company names. if you've pasted by, you know the name keeps changing. They've also been called "Eternal wireless" at some point. beware, if you did sign up through them, call the cellular company (att, tmobile, etc) and ask for some kind of security code to use. They obviously make money from contracts, so i'm not surprised that they will falsely upgrade your contract, probably collect any credit for new phones, and leave you with a basically never ending contract.

This place is a crook !!! My cell plan contract is suppose to expired on 2011 however WITHOUT my authority they extend my contract until 2012. They use my SSN number to extend it. When I called and complaint, they seems to give me the run around. "I will call you back" , " I have to look at it first" B******* ! No wonder they change their name a lot. DO NOT TRUST THEM !! I spoke with a guy name MARCO ! Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE !!!!

I would estimate this space is about 800 sq.ft. But the amount of stuff she has in it is unbelievable. This is a .99 cents and up store. They stock up in kids toys, hair accessories, vinyl & latex gloves, kitchen appliances, phone accessories, etc. I stopped by to get batteries and bubbles for Max's bubble gun. So I browsed the entire store, lots of little knick knacks that would come in very handy at times. Well, guess what I picked up for my kids. I got two little turtles... Ohhh they are so cute. They are about 3 mths old. It was $12.99 comes with 3 mths worth of food. There were one beta fish and I might think about going back to get it. FYI, we named those turtles Titi & Kiki .... so cute!!!

Jay (Fat Owner) is full of crap and always tried to trick you signing up with them. They told me that AT&T has good signal in San Gabriel, but ended up wasting one whole year without using much. Good business won't change their name OFTEN.

There's always something shifty with the Chinese. I can't exactly put my finger on it. Every year at around the early February, I would always try to figure out a way to score a free cellphone. Now, I don't mean just any cellphone. I gotta get the coolest cellphone at a reduce cost. A couple years ago, if you go to a retail store to get the brand new Motorola Razr, it would have cost you $400 or more with a 2 year contract. At this location, it was offered for $100 for a 1 year contract. Of course, I have to do a little research on rate plans, the phones, and the cost of the phone before I come into the store to negotiate. It would be a bit*h because you can come into a buzzsaw if you are not careful. This place is a total dump. You wouldn't have guess this place as a cellphone store if you didn't actually stumbled in. It's a wall to wall orgy sometimes where people are cramp into a small store. Literally speaking, there's actually a long a*s wait to get service. Oh if you are expecting courtesy from the staff....hahahaha. *oh the tears in my eyes for laughing too hard* You can speak English with some of these sales staff, but it's better if you know someone who can speaks Cantonese or Mandarin because some of the sales people speak poorly in the newfound language. Expect a hard sell. Usually, they want you to sign up a two year deal. Plus, try to stand on your ground because they will try to push you a cheaper phone (even though they advertised a better phone for the same exact price). Some of the deals for the brand new phones are pretty good. One of my buddy got her girlfriend a brand new "Chocolate" from Verizon for about $100 after rebate for a one year contract (I believed that the retail store sell it for $250). Here's about the catches or pitfalls. You will need to submit your credit card for authorization. The credit card is to ensure that you don't just cancel the service and keep the phone. They are trying to cover their a*s because of many non-return of the phones. They will not let you return the phone if it's an imported phone that they sell. Secondly, the store's DBA name changes quite often (that's why I made the remark on the first line). Third, bring your best bargaining skills. It would be insulting to the Chinese if you don't bargain. Hey, that's how I was taught growing up. It can smell fishy and feel like a scam, but this company had been around for awhile in the Chinese community. It's been well known as Econo Wireless as they are still advertised their name as such, but they do go through a lot of name changes. If you are looking for a good price on a phone, then this place would be the place. If you are looking for service or questions regarding Verizon or T-Mobile.....try the retail store.
