“Very nice and professional Phlebotomy technician. There’s, actually a person assisting the window. And a phlebotomy technician. A better experience than their Arcadia facility. If you have a little one definitely recommend coming here. Do not go to the Wheeler Ave location in Arcadia. I am not sure how that facility has a 3.7 star rating when there’s only one Phlebotomy technician that has to check you in and her concern is to a line than actually caring for her patients.”

“I was skeptical because of some of the reviews about this location, but we were pleasantly surprised! We needed to get a blood draw for our 7yr old so we made an 8:45am appointment (on a weekday). We were in and out in only 20 minutes (including sign-in, waiting, and quick procedure)! Staff was very kind and efficient, procedure "didn't hurt at all" according to him.”

“This place is very clean. A lady helped us do the blood test, after my daughter's blood test, she felt dizzy due to low blood sugar. The lady who took her blood gave her three candies she had brought herself. It provided relief to my daughter, and we are very thankful.”
