60 percent of the machines are out of order and never get fixed. More break down week to week and nothing is done about it. No number to call, no recourse. This business is severely neglected and by doing so it neglects it's customers. Bill changers don't work, water machines busted and bathroom fixtures don't work. If you're the owner please sell your business so someone who gives a damn can take it over or demo it.

Place used to be a nice clean place to do your laundry. Still clean, but half the washer machines do not work!!! They do not fix them in a timely matter. Machines leak, and there is water on the floor. What's going on here? It will be the last time I come here!!!!

This place does not offer free dry it is 25 cents for 8 minutes, and it has on premise water dispenser 35 cents a gallon, which is almost always out of order, the share a parking lot with a liquor store that attracts seedy looking individuals.

Half the dryers are always broken, place is always dirty. the cleaning staff walks around staring at you wrong instead of actual cleaning.

Rip off place because you'll probably spend more money drying your clothes than washing. ?Intentionally or not, I have been here twice to make sure what I write is not a dryer fluke. The drying power of the dryers is super low. It costs about 25 cents for about 8 mins of drying. After 75 cents, my 2 jeans and a towel (3 items) were still "cold", it should have been hot or warm. Never coming back.

The location is messy and a lot of machines are out of order. Out of the 7 dryers I used, 4 of them did not dry with 3 quarters each. I had to redo my drying 4 separate times.

On the afternoon of November 27 at 2:50, I put laundry in the second washer machine on the left and put money in it,5 dollars 75cents. Then, about 2 minutes later, the machine was stopped. There was no one working there at the time, so I had no choice , to move my laundry to another place and wash it again. About an hour later, two worker came and I explained it, However, they didn’t try to see the problem machine I was explaining, and they didn’t return the money. They said only they would contact me after 2-3 days after writing down my address and name, e-mail address, problem (details). So I wrote all of them. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard from anyone.
