Worst customer service. So stupid. They don’t care about their customers. No time management, not enough info on the website.
Don’t come to this location. This will be your fatal mistake and waste your gas and money.
Repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
Stupidity is a disease and it needs to be cured.
I don’t want to even give one star review. Waste of my star, time and endeavor to click the button.

I went there for a blood test at 6:20 am on Tuesday 05/07/2024, as their hours are 6 am to 1:30 pm. These hours were also posted outside as well as online. The place was CLOSED and totally dark inside. Other people were also waiting outside. I had to leave to go back to work. Very irresponsible and unprofessional!

The new office is a great upgrade from the previous location, however front office staff is incredibly unpleasant to work with. Lab orders were faxed multiple times over time frame of 3 weeks and still having an appointment they had my elderly mother wait over 40 mins for an appointment due to not having requisition. Even after emailing them a copy than and there had the nerve to say nothing was received and decline to review lab requisition on the phone, instead they were devoted to decorating for 5 de mayo and catching up on employee gossip which everyone does I understand but where are the morals of this company ?

Great location with easy and ample parking. My 8:00 a.m. appointment was on the mark. LOVED Stephanie, she was wonderful. This location is my new go to.

Walk in at 6:30am this morning , 8 people ahead of me.
But it was very easy to check in at Kiosk. The staffs are willing to help if there is check in problem. Just need to be patience a little bit. The blood draw is quick and smoothly .
The staffs are nice and efficient. I appreciated that they open at 6:00am. Glad to see San Gabriel’s team there.

So I drove far to get to this location since there’s barely any locations that have available appointments for drug testing. My employer advised me to go to different locations so that I can try to do a walk in since this was my only available day. The receptionist could have said what she said politely but instead she had an attitude. It was just the cherry on top to an already long bad morning. There’s a way to say things and she doesn’t do it kindly or politely. I’m talking about the one with a mean mug and dried out bleached hair.

Wonderful and friendly experience. Walked in today, 2/22/2022, at 8am. No one really ahead of me for employment drug screening. Waited 5 minutes to get called. I finished the sample collection in 10 minutes.

I appreciate the new location. It is new and clean. The staff is decently nice. And the treatment was good. I just ask that the air conditioning be turned on as early as possible.

One word: INEFFICIENT. Check in is via a computer kiosk. Receptionists are rarely at the front desk. I checked in, it looked like a long wait of 9 people ahead of me, so I went to a food place nearby, came back an hour later and asked if they called me yet and they all giggled and said no. After being called finally, it was the lab technician who processed my paperwork. The receptionists should have processed the paperwork while I waited and then the lab technicians job would be much easier and faster. This is how other labs do it at other locations which makes it a 30 minute visit instead of a 2 hour visit. As I said, totally inefficient. Avoid this location.

Email I got yesterday 10/26/23 for today’s appointment still showing the old address at 330 W. Las Tunas Dr., San Gabriel, CA 91776. Went to the old address then discovered the place was empty. Should have done better notifying.
