I can't speak highly enough of this place. I was nervous about my timing belt on a new-to-me car and they saved me a huge expense without trying to upsell me like they do at Jiffy Lube. Not only did they check the belt to confirm it did not need replaced, but they also looked under the car for any leaks and gave me good advice on what to look out for. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars I always feel like I'm at the mechanic's mercy but these people were genuinely kind and honest, not trying to rinse me for my money. I will definitely be coming here for all my services moving forward.

I was so impressed with the great, friendly customer service and the excellent work done on my car! Thank you so much, JAMY Motors, especially Johnny, George, and Shirley! This is the only place I will be bringing my vehicles to in the future! Very nice, clean, comfortable place, too! Nice, friendly atmosphere.

Very poor service and technology. Although they cooperate with insurance companies, their technology and capabilities are very poor. It often takes a long time to do very simple tasks. And will break and lose your parts and hide them. Parts that will not be repaired or that are broken during repairs are often shirked to the manufacturer and the parts themselves. And will take the extra part of the damage for granted. Anyway, if your car has a traffic accident, don't put it there for repairs. They can only do worse.

Beautiful job, as far as I can see. They could improve customer service, i.e. giving a 'ready' date, blowing past it and no update call. I just waited for them to call me. I can handle reasonable delays. I just need to know the truth so I can plan accordingly.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! QUALITY & CARE CHANGED DRAMATICALLY!! This has been my go to for every little scratch in my car even from market baskets. Latest experience was not good at all. First they had my car for over 7 weeks and original agreement was 3 weeks. Every week was still waiting in parts , I was patient because I wanted the job done right. Picked up the car noticed paint job was orange peeled and not blended. Within 2 months tore dwelling clips fell off , rearview interior mirror had a water stain which wasn't there , plate cover fell off . Finger prints all over headliner still there and exterior windshield molding lifting . Took it back only to get a generic rear view mirror and plate cover.not original Toyota RAV4 . Disappointed never expected that in 20 years of service for me and everyone recommended!!

If you recently had your catalytic converter stolen and need repair, don't even bother going to this Janky shop. I had my State Farm check in hand and their advise for me was to try my luck elsewhere. Whatever, anyone asks me I'm not recommending and I'll be sharing my thoughts.

Took my 2018 Toyota Camry there for a very minor hit on the back bumper cover the woman estimator told me I should just leave it that way I should've listen to her. They ended up fixing it and the paint did not come out right had to bring it back again to have a repaint it, would not recommend this place

I had minor body damage. Jamy gave a very gait repair estimate. They did the work for the quote, finished in the time promised, and the end result is great. Can't ask for more or better.
