Coming to Hing Wa Lee is the only time where it helps me relieve stress and give me a sense of peace while I'm going through school.
Back in March, I purchased a Rolex Datejust, but I need an alternative low-key watch for school because I don't want to be too flashy in front of other classmates.
Chloe helped me select my ring size from Chopard even though I'm not married, but I always wanted a ring to pair with my watch.
I told Chloe before I was looking to purchase an Air King or GMT. Unfortunately, those models are rare, and I know she has other clients who want them also.
I told her I was interested in a Cartier Santos because Christopher Moltasanti wore one in the Sopranos. We looked through the display case together and tried on different dial colors.
We landed on the green dial together, because, 1) I do like the color of money, 2) Green is used in jade for Chinese cultures, 3) the dial color is rare, 4) it represents the Hing Wa Lee brand.
Thank you, Chloe, for always taking care of me and not pressuring me to buy alternative watches, but show me around.
Last, but not least, she taught me not to baby the Rolex and worry about getting scratches on the bracelet. Because it will get scratches eventually, and I can always send it in to have it polished to have the scratches removed in the future.
Therefore, I will wear the Cartier and Rolex with love going forward. Mr. Lee and Hing Wa Lee Group are lucky to have Chloe around.
Chloe could see my passion with the engineering and designing of watches, which is why I'm always in good hands whenever I'm there.

Love dealing with this wonderful business and SA Joyce Chen here in San Gabriel. They have many different brand of watches. I always get the red carpet treatment when I stop by either for a watch purchase or just to window shop for the future addition from Joyce. Customer for Life!

I stopped by December 2023, because I was curious about all the watches HWL carried at their store. Immediately upon entry, I was greeted by Michelle. She gave me a tour of what's available and I got to try on many pieces. She was extremely patient as I could not decide at the time what looked best on me, because I did not have much experience with time pieces. I was not ready to purchase right away but kept Michelle's contact whenever I was ready in the future. Fast forward to April 2024, I finally decided on the watch for me, and Michelle was just as responsive and helpful. I would definitely consider this HWL location for your next purchase.

On my last visit to HWL in the SG store I had email in advance the auntie May regarding my upcoming appointment to try on three different Rolex watches. I gotten a reply via email that it was available for sample for all three DateJust. Well, she only showed me one out of the three and said because high demand the Rolex DJ was not available for purchase. I think she is a liar and by the way I am an existing customer who bought a non-Rolex watch from there this year. Never again will shop at HWL in SG because of the poor quality of service to customer. Avoid this salesperson and pick another staff member who is helpful and more honest than auntie May.
