The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable at this clinic, but they do miss things here and there. They told me they could perform an x-ray for me but later told me it was lunch break and I had to do it another day at another location. Later, I found out they didn't order the x-ray for the other location. A few weeks later, I scheduled for a vaccine shot. They had me waiting for an hour only to tell me they did not have the shot at the clinic and I would have to come back another day for it. It created quite a bit of trouble because not a lot of people have that kind of time to waste. The good thing was, at least they did not make me pay for that visit.

I've had this practice as my primary care facility with Dr. Andrew Yen being my PCP. Every time I was in need Dr. Yen was very helpful, and really took the time and effort to help me with what I needed. I wanted to leave this review also because, in the last 3/4 months I had some issues that caused me to call the office many times. And, literally, every time I talked to nurses, or administrators there, they were always super kind and helpful and that goes a long way when you're already stressed out because of a medical issue. So I totally recommend this facility and their staff :)

What is the point of a nurse after hours if you can't get a hold of a Dr till the next day!!! Waste of money. Will be looking into another provider!!!!

This hospital is really the best of all the hospitals that my wife has been to in Los Angeles. Whether it is the doctors, nurses, or nurses, they are super patient and have a super good attitude. They are very conscientious and responsible, and the service is really great.

The woman working at the hallway check in station at Optum on 8/23/22 at 11am was an absolute horrendous woman that should not be allowed to be interacting with people, let alone working with people seeking for care. I was on my way to see my doctor for my 30 week pregnancy appointment. I mistakenly got off the wrong floor and entered the Optum area. Apparently, everyone who immediately exits the elevator needs to check in with this person. I literally took 5 steps out of the elevator when this woman yells at me to stop and immediately gives me attitude. I thought I was on my correct floor and apologized as I was unaware of this new process as I told her which doctor I was here to see. She proceeds to continue to give me attitude and said there is no doctor by this name. I told her I must be on the wrong floor while she proceeds to be rude. I asked her if there was a problem? Rather than acknowledging that this was clearly a misunderstanding she continues to argue with me as I turn around to enter the elevator to my correct floor. I'm a very mild tempered person and I've never once argued with a complete stranger. Her behavior and attitude was completely uncalled for. I would not be surprised if she's behaved this way to other patients. Her manager and Optum should seriously consider evaluating the quality of care and performance of this individual.

Called this location to make an appointment 2 days ago, the customer service person said she will verify my health insurance and call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from them. I called today to follow up, another representative picked up the phone and is rude. This is unfortunate. When I came in last year, customer service was decent and the doctor was friendly.

I had almost given up on this facility as forth internal medicine. When they brought in Dr Yen it was the best thing. He is great, listens to your needs and tries to figure out a solution of treatment. So happy he was brought on.

First, the phone system is inadequate at this location. It says Press 1 for Primary doctor but no one ever picks up through this option. I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes, multiple times, without no one answering my call before hanging up. You have to Press 2(OBGYN etc) option or 3 to get through to a receptionist. The receptionists or phone screeners are not polite a little rude. They sound hurried and agitated and don't value you as a patient. Plus, you have to pay for parking outside in the lot. I've had issues trying to pay with cash or vice versa with a card. I'm highly considering changing location. The doctors are fine and Dr. Lo is great. The service surrounding them not good.

The people in the front are nice and helpful but every time I come here, they are always at least 30 minutes behind. Not only that, but I get no service on my phone in here and their WiFi sucks so I have to wait about 30 minutes just scrolling through my photos since I have no service. The doctors and nurses are nice too but kinda try to rush you since they're so behind.

Well I just went to this car wash yesterday and I'm very disappointed with the guys that vacuum the cars. They got the front and passenger mats in the front. The back of my car they missed. And as far as the detailing well the guy did a terrible job on my windows. As I pay 24.99 plus tire dressing. I expects more from this car wash hand wash it is. Considering that's a lot of money. So pay attention to the guys that supposedly are cleaning and detailing your car. They even missed the rear view mirrors. So place close attention if they don't like what they do. Because we expect a nice well taken care of customers. That my thoughts on this.

My car was damaged by the driver and he could care less. Called the owner with no luck. Avoid this place!

I have been going here for over 15 years and the services been going down hill past couple of years. Some of the workers do half a** jobs and when you pay for a package and don't get it. It felt like a car wash from a gas station. I think I'm better off hiring a detail company to come to my work and wash my car.

Mission Hand Car Wash is located in the city of San Gabriel off of the street Mission which is probably why the car wash name is Mission Hand Car wash. This place also has a gas filling station before you enter to the car wash. So if you need gas you can also do that here. The prices for the basic one was about $20.00. I picked that one and it took about 30 minutes or so to get the car. It wasn't that long of a wait and the inside of the waiting area has air conditioning or you can also go outside where there is shade. Get a stamp card if you want to frequent this place and after the 10th wash you can get a free wash! You can also buy packages but since I'm not in the area that much I rather just pay when I get here. People here are pretty nice and overall I would say this place is pretty alright.
