$200 PLUS for ONE less than 10lb dog. Did not cut nails. Did not let me know the price ahead of time. Dog was basically shaved. I paid $90 for the same haircut at petsmart. Will not come again.

My adopted dog came here for her first grooming experience and the groomers were all very helpful to begin with. My dog doesn't have the best manners around shower head and blow dryer, but they have managed to assure that the process will be as stressfree as possible for my rescue dog. It was an easy drop off and pick up. The grooming took about an hour, less time than expected too! When I came for pick up, I can see her waiting quietly in her personal space. And feeling her for the first time was amazing. Her fur has such a beautiful silky coat from ger wash and treatment. I am so happy with the experience and highly recommend pet owners to make an appointment for their furry loving pets. It's always good to have a back up groomer too! Just saying! Thank you Jefferey, Tina, and Kiko, for the love and patient.

So I gave a good review before BUT changed my mind about this place. Honestly for the people who had left a review talking about this place having bad customer service is right! So I left my dog to get groomed and after I have her my dog I was shopping around for some clothes for my puppy buuuut we had one of the employees following us around making sure we wouldn't steal anything so then after the employee finally we to go something else I saw the puppies that were in a play pen and I wanted to pet them and so while I was petting them one of the employees yells from a cross the room " DON'T TOUCH THE DOGS PLEASE " which that's really unnecessary. Another thing I bought clothes for my dog which it was too expensive and s*** didn't even last long so yea this place is p**** If you want to take your dog for grooming take them to Hi Doggie , I have been taking my Maltipoo there and they do a good job

It has been 5 years since the first time I took my dog to Happy Pet. I really like it. Looks super cute. We just did groom today. He looks so fluffy and happy. The owner is really patience and share some experience to me.

Brought my Pom back for grooming. I have to say the service here is excellent! Beside the friendly staff, the groomer is very skillful in trimming my Pom. I had brought to another place before and that place did a horrible job. Highly recommend Happy Pet for their great service and grooming skill!

The service attitude is very good. The staff is also very patient with my dog. Customers need to make an appointment. Each customer schedules a separate time period, and the customer schedules a person-to-person reception. Each customer will be treated with disinfection after reception. I'm comfortable bringing my dog here.

Since my first visit, I have been there to wash and groom my dog for a reasonable price and they are always responsible to tell me where I need to pay attention to my dog like ear infaction or some skin problems I'm really thankful for them!

I feel sorry that i can't give more stars to this place, this is not just a grooming store, but a 5-star spa service for pets! The shop is huge, yet it's very clean and bright. The whole store is floor-to-ceiling glass that allows enough sunlight coming in, not like other grooming stores that are tiny and dark which makes your pets feel anxiety. The staff are all very caring pet lovers, and they even provide organic snacks to comfort your loved ones. Not forgetting to mention how they styled the dog, it's just way too cute to say how much i love it!!! Definitely recommended!!!

Good grooming service for small dogs only. Very happy with the look they gave my toy poodle. Took about 2 hours and the price was reasonable.

I kindda know why they have such bad review, I called today and wanted to make an appointment for my dog to do the grooming, everything was fine when I talked to them. Then she asked me how old is my dog, I said 11 years old. She keep silence for a minute and said that she was going to ask the stylist. When she came back just make a lot excuses to not give me an appoinment.

They don't deserve to look cute and pretty? ! I take my dog to grooming every month. I don't see any problem with her age. This store is really bad!!
