It's not a shop where you can shop peacefully. There's always someone watching behind you. I went in to look for some mask, but the masks were expired. After I told them, they didn't even take it off the selves. Their still tiring to sale expire stuff. Be careful of what you get in that shop.

Store carries a lot of Chinese variety including jewelry and jade. Plenty of underground parking.

Worn out after dim sum upstairs at Five Star? Walk it off at Focus, where good deals on Korean and Japanese beauty products await. Surprisingly low prices on some hard-to-find lotions! This quirky store is a cross between Daiso (perhaps to compete with the Daiso across the hallway, there is a section of dollar items), an appliance store (tons of rice cookers, air purifiers, etc.), and a beauty products shop. Great place to stock up on Gatsby hair creme (I prefer the purple one) and really nice moisturizing sprays. Weekly sales on Korean face product sets (to complete a daily 10 step process). Even a large selection of those titanium necklaces all the baseball players are wearing (buyer beware on those, IMHO). Minus one star because, as other Yelpers note, they do follow you around as if you are a shoplifter. Don't take it personally! They follow everyone. See you there, after dim sum, on Sundays.

My car got broken in to. I parked in the back. Many employee around throwing out trash, breaking down boxes, stocking up shelves. A security guard said he just passed by and saw no one. I think it was the security guard who broke in my car. I got a public records act request from the San Gabriel police department. 24 car burglaries in the plaza! I knew someone who parked in the front and also got his car broken into. Make sure you don't have any bags, jackets or valuables showing. Put them in your trunk! San Gabriel Police Department was called out but they cant do anything. Cameras were on the walls but security nor police seem to want to take the time to review the tapes. Maybe they don't work? Maybe it's not worth their time? Maybe the security guards were the ones stealing? Just be careful!

Besides Daiso and the Chinese seafood res, the other stores are real secondary therefore the rest of the plaza is not enticing.
