“I sent flowers to a family member in the area. Simply looked on a map for the florist nearest them and expected nothing out of the ordinary. I was BLOWN AWAY. Not only was the flower/plant prettier than I expected, I know this because the florist emailed a picture of it to me before delivery!! They also sent frequent updates when they were unable to reach the recipient, at one point asking for an alternate contact. They emailed when they delivered and even answered my email thanking them for the professionalism and outstanding customer service. While I don't live in CA, they will be my florist of choice for deliveries in the area!”

I was the kind of bride who didn't really have a very specific vision about our wedding day... I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole wedding planning process, and I just wanted the florals to be beautiful and "wedding-y." Haha, that's the kind of bride I was. However, Jina was great about helping flesh out my ideas and translating them into something concrete. She does a sample meeting a few weeks out from your big day to show you a sample centerpiece and bounce around more details about your wedding decor. I was floored when I saw the centerpiece! It looks beautiful and lush, and Jina did such a wonderful job on the day of as well. She also communicated so well with my coordinators, and everything was a well-oiled machine. Everything was done on time, professionally, with the help of Jina and her team. She is a real professional, and she knows what she's doing! Trust Jina and her team!”
