This was my first home loan. Thankfully, I had both my family and Darren to help me get through what I imagined to be a stressful experience with relative ease. While I haven't had any previous loans myself, my parents have gone through a couple with other lenders, which is why I had them involved in this whole process. Frankly, they were amazed at the service I received and want to work with Darren in the future for their own loans. On each step, Darren was professional and bent over backwards for me. There were times when I couldn't go to his office and he would offer to come over with the documents. Not only would he tell me where to sign but he would explain why I was signing a piece of paper. Even my parents, who have done this over 10 times, told me they learned so much with Darren as my loan officer. They told me that most other loan officers they've worked with try to hide various fees or bend the truth or omit different options because they could make more money off you and the amount of the loan cost much more than what was originally stated because of technicalities. They were extremely surprised that all the things Darren mentioned to us was on paper at the end and nothing else was a surprise. Darren would also let us know what the pros and cons were for each possible option so we felt well informed and comfortable with each decision we made. It was a pleasure working with Darren and I would readily recommend him to anyone who needs a loan. Getting a loan was a walk in the park. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

As a new buyer, I had many questions but they were always met with a detailed explanation; a testament to Darren's patience!Since Darren had laid a clear path on which we would follow, the entirety of the purchase process was smooth and painless. Even though my schedule did not permit for many in-person meetings, I felt confident in our email and phone communications. 5 STARS FOR THE DEAL & 5 STARS FOR SERVICE! I was introduced to First Professional Finance from a close friend. I was shopping around with several mortgage lenders/banks for my home refinance but none of them were able to quote me a better rate than First Professional Finance. I worked with Darren during the whole process; he was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and patient. I was able to reach him during all hours of the day and he made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Overall, everything went smoothly and they delivered on their promise at NO POINT and NO FEES. On top of that, we closed within 3 weeks! I would highly recommend calling First Professional Finance for any mortgage needs or services.

Darren at First Pro Financial is amazing. He not only did a zero cost refinance for me saving me hundreds of dollars, but he did so with the heart of a teacher. That is the kind of person you want helping you out with these things. Some financial planners and loan admins etc just tell you what the numbers are and to sign here here and here. Darren taught me so much about the whole process and made sure that I understood everything we were doing and why we were doing it. These are the type of people that I want handling my loans. Not to mention that they did it extremely quickly and was a very smooth process for me. I have refinanced twice now with these people and I recommend them to anybody needing a loan on their property or needing to refinance. Great group of people.
