Seems nice enough, but they told me they wouldnt sell me parts without a contractor license. All I wanted was a 30A contactor for an ac compressor and a 3A fuse. At least they were nice enough to recommend i try TW HVAC Supply to get my parts, which i did, and got the parts I needed easy enough. Im not sure why Ferguson wouldnt sell to me.

after 25yrs of purchases at this supplier, they decided that a B lic,is not acceptable for them, C lic only, I now get my HVAC supplies from Amazon and Grainger

Found this place online, can't understand the bad reviews, I'm glad I came anyway. Couldn't be happier that I found this store, specially when summer heat, hits us this hard and the ac capacitor break down on us, overall great store with ample selections.

I show up I see 3 employees on their computers not one says hello or how may I help you? I find what I am looking for and place it on the counter and still they're busy on the computer not saying a word. Finally, Lauren the sales associate says I can ring you up over here as the others just daze off into tomorrow land. Such horrible service every damn time I show up. At least place a a check out sign under Lauren's computer so I don't waste my time staring at non existent employees!!!!!

I arrived and said Hello to the three workers and not one answered. Horrible service, attitude and environment. Not happy place and/or unhappy older men. Unfortunately there is no need for this- it is so easy to be kind, nice, thoughtful and pleasant - when one is that way it comes back to you.

Great place to buy HVAC parts (ducting, sealant, new unit, ductless, and long list......) you need to know (parts) what you want because they are serving professionals hvac contractor or repairman, but their friendly front counter will help you if you need suggestions or questions about parts. Most daily items they have it in stock but if they don't, usually they cAn get it following day. If your AC suddenly not working (kicking) blowing air only, just quick stop and get capacitor ($9 for Chinese or $30 for USA) and you will save hundreds from calling repairman.

Air Cold is the best equipped HVAC supply house in the San Gabriel Valley. The guys are knowledgeable and follow up on everything. I have had to order specialty items from them and they usually get them the next day. It is a one stop place for everything heating and air conditioning.

Can the front counter guy be any ruder? I wish I can give them negative stars. These guys are a joke, take your business elsewhere. And front counter guy, learn some customer service skills before you take a sales position.
