I was looking for tax return service on a Saturday afternoon which most of the places are closed. I happened to come across Fast Tax while googling and decided to give it a call. Richard gave me a quick estimation over the call and started my case that afternoon. He is super efficient, honest and knowledgable over international students status. I am very satisfied and I would reccommend Fast Tax and Richard to other international students.

This is the second year that I am using Fast Tax Inc my tax filing. Richard Tso is very professional and being extremely understanding for my personal and business tax. He provides the best advice for my exact needs. Also, his turn around time is very quick and he always respond swiftly via the email.I will never pick another place for my tax filing!

This is the first year we've used Fast Tax and I gotta say our first impression was quite positive. We've used several other tax services in the past and what sets Fast Tax apart is how detail-oriented and efficient they are. In our first meeting, Jenny took plenty of time to conduct an interview to thoroughly assess our situation, something we didn't experience elsewhere. Most others just looked at our previous year's returns, ask a few simple questions and call it a day. Jenny would discuss in detail about some things we weren't aware of and advise the steps going forward. We came in during the busier part of tax season and you can tell she was already swamped, but she remained very professional, easy to talk to and patiently answered all of our questions. Other employee (sorry didn't ask the gentleman's name) was friendly and helpful too. Also, their price is competitive and reasonable. Provided everything goes well, we'll definitely come back next year. This is a place where you can trust to have your tax return done right. Thanks Jenny and Fast Tax, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

I used this service for my personal income tax. The process took just over two weeks, but they got me less on my return than the free version of Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax only takes 20-30 minutes, and I was curious if paying for my taxes to be done by a professional would get me a bigger return, on my case it did not. Once Fast Tax sent me my return documents to sign, I saw the refund they got me was hundreds less than Turbo Tax. Richard and Jenny did not offer an explanation on why, but overall they were nice and polite.

Highly do not recommend coming here to do your taxes. Came here for the intent to perform my taxes due to high yelp reviews as I was tired of doing my own taxes via TurboTax. They have helped me filed my 2020 tax return including my business end, and it has been now November 2021, and I have not received any tax refund yet. I recently called them and asked if they can help me find out the reason, since it has been long overdue. Instead of assisting, they asked me to call the IRS myself, or hire them again with a fee to call the IRS for $300 an hour. That defeats the point of going to them in the first place. Stay Away!
