My friend has car accident. She rent the car at Las Tunes. Cesar is working for us for the paperwork. He is friendly & smile. He explains to her very detail. He teach her how to use the rental car before she left. Service rental car there is excellent. I will recommend to my friends, when they need to rental a car. Thanks Cesar

In August 2023, I reserved online a 5 passenger Large SUV for 8:30 am at the San Gabriel Enterprise Rent-a-car. The reservation was confirmed. I arrived at the counter at the appointed time to overhear a small group of people wondering if there was a small car available. There wasn’t. They were offered a reserved SUV for the lower car price. We walked to the back to see our rentals. The staff had given away my 5 pass SUV, and left me with a 4 passenger car that was too small for our use. He became abusive and intimidating to my wife and me when I asked if he could find us a car at Arcadia rather than Alhambra, which was too far in the wrong direction. I asked again and he refused, saying he chooses not to call those people with increasing agitation. We left rather than risk confrontation.

I wanted a fuel efficient and small car to drive to Yosemite. A Toyota Corolla was available from Georgia, so I rented the vehicle with 65,000 miles already driven. The quality of vehicles used to be pretty good, but it seems the economy has hit the car renting business as well. I was happy that this location is less than a mile away from home, so I was able to walk to and from the location after returning the vehicle. There were no issues with the vehicle, and the cost of rental was about the price of fuel for my gas guzzling SUV. Sometimes you have to do a risk vs. gain evaluation to determine what the costs are for travel. In my case, renting was the most efficient, considering fuel, wear and tear and mobility. I would recommend this location for its convenience and ease of rental.

I didn’t have a good experience here. When I received my rental, it smelled like smoke and it was a terrible experience driving it because of that. When I returned my car, it took 2 weeks to finally checkout. I called every other day to see if I could check out and I would hear the same thing each time, “they will call you tomorrow.” I understand they are busy; however, it was frustrating that I had to keep reaching out.

Bad customer service! I took a bus all the way there and wanted to rent the car I had a Reservation for and got turned down because I didn't bring 1 document with me and the manager told me there was Nothing he can do about it didn't even try to help me out.

The customer service I received from Cheyenne and Shane was top shelf. Due to my accident and insurance situation I had the car for an extended time. They were friendly and clear communicator. I always knew what my situation was, how many days etc.I'm a very satisfied customer.

Needed a rental car while my car was in the shop. Jeremy, the enterprise rep met me at the collision center with my rental. He was friendly and professional, I was quite surprised at this level of service. During the rental, I was also assisted by Brianna who went above and beyond customer service. Honestly, Brianna should be moved to manager - she really listens to the customer and put them at ease.

I needed to rent a car while my personal car was repaired. My car insurance is Geico, and I'm covered for $35 a day. Geico got an agreement with Enterprise and I was directed to the San Gabriel branch to pick up a rental.When the Enterprise employee showed me my rental, I specifically asked him if the rental cost would exceed $35 a day. His answer was "this car costs $35 a day, and it's all good".Once I returned the car the invoice I was told there would be $81 charged to my credit card. I asked the employee why I was charged, and he told me it was for "taxes".I rented through Geico and Enterprise before, and I NEVER had to pay a cent.I later received the invoice by email and realized they had given me a car that exceeded the daily $35 without telling me. This is pure and simple dishonesty and lie. Worst business practice I've ever seen. I'd like to report the staff member who did that if possible.Thanks.

Because of a small accident, my car had to be repaired and Geico (the other person's insurance), provided me with a rental car from Enterprise at Las Tunas in San Gabriel. Excellent service! They met me at the repair shop with a very nice car. After my car was done, all I had to do was to take the rental to the Enterprise site and then they drove me back to the repair place to take my own car. Jeremy was very pleasant and professional, took care of paper work very quickly. The same with the first agent who had met me at the repair shop, but I don't remember his name. Everyone, even when I had to call with questions, was extremely helpful. It was so easy and a real pleasure to deal with Enterprise!!

I was in a car accident and needed a rental car while my car was being worked on. Enterprise delivered the rental car to the body shop and was there waiting for me when I arrived. Unfortunately, a mile after I drove off in the car I got a warning light saying to have the engine checked. I drove the car to the enterprise location it came from and they were very accommodating when it came to giving me a different vehicle. The customer service was excellent.
