Very bad experience, the front desk is rude, the parking is very difficult, the time to find a parking space will delay your appointment, they will not let you check for that reason, they will think you missed even 5 minutes, they will change your appointment again and delay your illness.

The front desks are super rude, do they have parents? Imagine if your parents go to do medical, they are old, don't know what to do, front desk keep yelling at faces. Terrible !!!! NEVER EVER COME HERE

Parking lot very limited. Very bad experience! The waiting room is very narrow, you have to wait with a lot of people, close to each others, you never know how long to wait. If you go to restroom you maybe missed your call. The X-ray people experience is poor, I even need to stand on a telephone book to get the position to be taken X-ray

Horrible front desk staff, no customer service at all.No manners, Rude on the phone as well as in person. If there's other location, I highly suggest go somewhere else to seek care. Do not confront them , they will make a scene and bully you as a group. Don't ask questions, cause they made me feel like it's too much for them to handle.

DO NOT COME HERE.If I could leave a zero star review, I'd still give a negative star review. The receptionists here are extremely rude on the phone and in-person. In person, they will yell at you and tell you to stop speaking even when you're trying to answer their question- worst one yet is the Hispanic one. Home girl thinks she's the star in a telenovela, because she likes to make a scene with how rude she is and the other receptionists apparently want to be as rude so they can be the main star of this hot mess of a place. The Hispanic one will purposely tell you no appointments are available and make zero attempts to be accommodating or understanding. Power tripping much? We know you hate your job, so quit already because it's been over a year of bad reviews for home girl. I called back the same day and was able to get an earlier appointment. I recognized her instantly when I came in person and heard her voice, because I had to deal with the Hispanic one over the phone- bad attitude, zero professionalism, and she doesn't put you on hold, she will intentionally hang up your call. DO NOT COME HERE. You deserve better. Hope Consumer Complaints and Better Business Bureau pay them a visit.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES. Online has no hours posted, technicians are "out to lunch" for hours. Have had to come back multiple times due to them not informing clients of hours. Called 4 times and they hung up or put me on hold for 25+ minutes. Staff were rude upon arrival, and when asking when x-ray and EKG technicians would be arrived they did not provide answer.

This place deserves no star at all.!!!I took my Ma-in-law today 04/27/2023 for an x-ray. We were treated so poorly and the workers so rude ( they don’t realize that patients pays their salary)If it isn’t for my Ma-in-law I would’ve walked out and never go back.We were told to wait outside because I didn’t have ? mask with me. So I ask if they have any they said “NO” rudely.So I have to wait outside of the building with my daughter and my sis-in-law who happened found a used mask in the car.My Ma-in-law doesn’t speak English but mandarin and has hearing problems.Come on team management where’s your customers relationship people?I will make sure, I, my family and friends will not come to this facility until they know how to treat us better.Note. Front desk staff Jenny And Rachel are beyond unprofessional. They are barbaric animals that don't know how to display minimal professionalism. They displayed racism towards people of color and have a superiority complex. I asked for the office manager and contact information and they refused to provide it to me. Not only did I get mistreated but I observed others in the clinic were mistreated as well. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. It's like I was watching a prison reality show and they were correctional officers. I highly recommend you avoid coming here to prevent being surrounded by negative energy and a big headache.

Stay away. You are treated like condemned cattle. Staff here are the worst I have ever experienced in a medical facility. Not one ounce of care about the patients.

It took over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Would I recommend this location? I would not! Based upon the other Yelp reviews, you'll see that the others have also stated that their customer service is way below par.I called to find out the date in which they did certain services, and she kept asking me what date I had the service. I had already told her that I called to find out the date in which I had services, because I didn't remember the date. I felt like we were just going around in circles. I guess she finally found the dates of service. Maybe she had difficulties understanding me? I was born and raised in California, but she had an Asian accent. It might have been easier if I spoke her language?I have not forgotten how rude the front desk was when I went here last year. After reading the other newest Yelp reviews, I guess things have not changed. I go to a different place now, because of their horrible customer service.
