βGood store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. itβs a 2 story store but the escalator didnβt work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they arenβt the best or the worst.β

βThey always have good sales and coupons. They have a large variety of clothes, shoes, household items and other things. There is also a Sephora and an Amazon drop off desk for returns, which is convenient. I'd recommend this place to shop for anything for oneself or for gifts.β

βEnjoyed shopping the whole store with my 88 year old mom. Bought several house items and greeting cards fir good prices. Line was long but moved fast and the sales clerk was lovely and efficient. All and all a great trip.β

βGreat place to shop, store was very clean and organized but there was no one in the menβs department to help me out, i did find someone in the womenβs side to help me and she did a fantastic job helping me pick out the right shirt and color that would fit me best. Will be back again.β

βI really missed the class sing of the Big Lots in Pasadena. I was coming home from high desert and my sister in law and I stopped on our way home. I had forgotten how large this store was. Had a great time spending money and was able to restock on multiple items that start always bought at Big Lots. Good shopping.β
βWas in search for some black colored Duct tape. So , my Lady and I set off for Big Lots, where she enjoys shopping from time to time. I found this 1" roll of Gorilla Duct tape that I needed to replace the shiny gray ugly, reflection off the top of the dashboard of. Our Avenger. Worked like a charm so far? Lol! Once I a while I get lucky in more ways than 1. So therefore, I'm going out on a limb to say I will, for the time being, will Co-Sign for this business, for now, so stay tuned for my next encounter with a business. βI'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going hereβ

βThis TJ Maxx is located in the Quad Plaza with Ross, Marshalls, Michaels etc. It is small to medium sized. It was organized and uncluttered. It had old school quality items as well as new unique finds. ..nice Brahmin, Movado watches etc. Service was welcoming. The prices were varied and competitive. Parking can be tight.β
βGreat service technicians & very competent - but Sears AI is incompetent & severely flawed, their automated workflow is broken & incomplete, and their ability to communicate & fix problems is the worst I've ever encountered. I will be canceling my account & never using the company again.β
βBest deals in town! I have loved this store since it's pic n save days! As a teenager I could spend my babysitting money here and come out with lots of cool finds! It makes me sad to see the big lots stores closing, my entire home is filled with big lots deals! Sofa, fireplace, bed, mattress, dresser, recliner, book shelves, coffee table, end tables, magazine table, desks, you name it, I got it from Big lots!! I love this store and I will drive from north Hollywood to Northridge for my deals! ( I have to since both of my north Hollywood stores are closed now)β

β3.5 to 3.9 score. Clean location, ample parking, good products, variety beyond belief, good staff and I found a few made in the usa things. My only true complaint, traffic and layout for the mall, and lack of home furnishings. The dressing room attendant was great, friendly and understanding.β

Very efficient, commuted to excellent customer service and fast!!! They made my day! I was with my 4 month old baby and my mom! We were in and out of Macyβs in a few minutes! Precious employees! βCan get busy at times so waiting in line is a huge problem especially if there arenβt enough cashiers helping out the customers on registers (perhaps less gossips) and more likely less on whats not supposed to. Other than that, its more likely my favorite store!!β
βI want to take the time and bring out these names that will make Macys a better place for ever. They take care of customers services needs and are super sharp. I'm very impressed with them. βI would like to acknowledge the absolutely outstanding customer service from Serine at the front desk. I was looking for a dress I really wanted in a diff size and I thought she would tell me that whatever is on the rack is all they have. But she went out of her way and even called the La Canada store for me. She went 150% and I can't begin to say how appreciative and impressed I was. You don't get customer service like this anymore because usually employees don't want to take the time. THANK YOU TJ MAXX AND THANK YOU SERINE!!! I will always be loyal to this TJ Maxx...β
βPrices are better than most outlet stores but recently new items coming in range from $15-20 when a few years ago it was around $10-12. I would just wait for these items to drop down in price, maybe a few weeks.β

βMy wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.β

βWe visited TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods and picked up a few items, we visited all the TJ Maxx HomeGoods in the area San Gabriel Valley, Orange County area, and San Bernardino County they have good discounts and a lot of items they always have seasonal, spring, and summer items are up now This TJ Maxx is fairly big always well stocked. There is plenty of parking with handicapped stalls at the front entrance.β
βNordstrom is my favorite department store. I often go there for makeup and gifts. I love their complimentary gift wrapping. Parking could be a little busy as it is located at the Shop in Santa Anita especially during the holiday.β

βI like this place. There are a lot of things to see and buy. There are also many restaurants and local tastes. However, parking is very annoying. Sometimes there is no parking space and you have to wait for too long. It is inconvenient because of the crowds. As long as you have time and are not bothered, they will park you in the parking space. ha!β
