So, I decided to call instead, and after a bit of back and forth with the team, I spoke to An (I believe she’s the manager). She was super professional and answered all my questions, clearing up any doubts I had. And yes, they absolutely delivered on their promises! I’m sharing a photo as a very happy customer.
