I opened promotion CD at this Branch and all staffs are friendly. Staffs are sanitize the every station at every 20 minutes & 6 feet distance rule seems follow well at this location. Great experience!

The worse customer service I've ever received from a bank. From the moment I stepped in, three employees made eye contact with me, but no one welcomed me. I figured I needed to say something, So I said "Hello?" in hope to draw someone's attention, but everyone continued to focus on their screen. I uncomfortably stood in silence for a whole minute and decided to walk up to an employee asking for assistance. After explaining what I needed, she grabbed a forum, put it right in front of me, followed by bringing her attention back to the screen. It was such an unpleasant experience, the least she can do was to say "let's please have you complete this form." Long story short, she handed me the receipt at the end of the transaction and ended my trip to this bank with NOT good bye, but with the word "done." This is the worst.
