There's a sign of loyalty when it comes to this bank. My first "big boy" bank that I got without my parent's recommendation was Chase. They've taken care of me well for over a decade. I've seen a lot of branches close and the customer service has seem to have gone down over the years. My most recent call with their customer service line wasn't exactly pleasant. Please keep the phone lines with actual English speaking / US based agents. We can't put customer service on the back burner.

This review is specifically for the manager. Very bad and slow service. I wanted to tell someone about a scam/fraud on my account and no one was available to help! Went there at 9am and they made us wait until the afternoon to not help us!!! They made us wait and than told us to call customer service for scam/fraud on account!!! They could have at least helped us call for making us wait! Why they did not tell us that sooner! I do not know how that person became a manager! The manager did not tell us anything! Only the others helped us! Very bad service!!

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big. Parking spaces are also pretty large. Establishment & Staff: The bank itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient.

signing up for chase is like signing up for cable....the initial salesmen are always great, promising you the best service, personal attention, etc....but once you open an account and have to deal with robotic tellers, you realize you made a mistake. learned my lesson...we have a cash business, but only the owner of the business can deposit cash...employees are not allowed to deposit cash. smh. the salesmen never told us that. will close our account as soon as we use up our checks, that we spent $$$ on when we opened the account.

I really do like coming to this bank and I plan on reopening an account in the future. Walking in, you are greeted immediately and offered assistance. The bank itself is neat and very tidy like their workers! They're all welcoming, friendly, and willing to help you out. At my visit, I was opening up an account here, because I was tired of using Bank of America. The person who helped me was thorough with explaining the process and which plans would be more preferable. He provided me cards, pamphlets, and more. I walked out pretty happy, until I realized that my medical insurance wouldn't allow me to save more than $2000. The workers are very professional and I have yet to have a bad experience here and will one day be back.

Very great service and good experiences every single visit. Today a gentleman named Coleman who helped me with banking process. It was not his specialty but he still reached out to the service departments and made phone calls to help make my lease buyout purchase stress free. If I went through the dealership for this service, they would have charged over $1000 for some "paperwork fees". Really appreciate his help along with all the tellers each time I visit.

HORIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! This branch doesn't deserve any customers! Their lack of knowledge and procedures are 2nd grade level. Went in to DEPOSIT an Insurance check that was needed, and they said they couldn't deposit it because it had a second name on it which was the mortgage company whom endorsed it already. (As instructed by the lender). I asked to speak to the manager whom was Thomas Lee (that's who they said was the acting manager) he acted like he was too busy to address my concerns. LAZY AND USELESS! I went to the Chase Bank 5 minutes away and the deposited it by doing a check verification. How lazy can you be Thomas? I also spoke to a friend who is a branch manager at another Chase Bank and he agreed with me that this branch FAILED to follow procedures and need to be re-educated on how to to handle these types of business. We will be closing all our accounts with Chase Bank! LAZY ASS!

I just went to the ATM at night. It's safe, or I wouldn't go. Plenty of lights and the area is pretty safe.

We started at el monte Bank on lower azusa ave we signed in waited about 20 min. No one greeted us i had to go to a teller to ask if anyone was going to help us. He said that they were short staff and he was sorry but did nothing for us. We decided to leave ended up at this location.. And was quickly greeted by 2 lady's who welcomed us and helped us right away see thats customer service thanks for being an awesome team.

The manager's the only competent person here. The other bankers couldn't look up an account even with id's and statements from chase. And one canceled an appointment i had because I didn't answer my house phone when he called even though I've told them to only call on my cell numerous times. I was sitting in the lobby 15 mins before the appt started but he never bothered to check that I was there and when I got home there was no missed call or message so he was just straight up lying

Worse customer service ever. I use to love banking with Chase but after today I'm so disappointed and upset. They couldn't help me answer the question I needed answered and when I asked to speak with a manager I was told there was no manager on site. Chase is a bunch of bullshit all they do is lie and give you the run around and when you ask for help they can't even help you. What type of bankers are you hiring or training. They kept my money and when I asked when will I get it they just say idk. They don't know anything but they can sure lie to keep my money.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!! DISAPPOINTED!!! they make me wait over than 40 minutes and finally I figure out that they just cross my name out and skip me over!!! Wasting my time for 40 mins!!!
