Fiona fixed the other designer's error and completed a great plan in a very timely manner. She responded my calls and emails promptly and she always made herself available for us. She shared her knowledge with us to achieve a best design.

Marcus Millsaps plays tricks with people
We went to get a full kitchen cabinet at Cabinet city, our sales rep representative was Marcus Millsaps he designed us the whole kitchen. And show us the layout, the countertops, the cabinets and everything and told us that the countertops looks white from a distance, but when you get closer, it has lines on them, which was pretty nice. we purchased the kitchen and came home, hired people to install them. The countertop was missing when we called the manager said sorry there’s nothing I can do and he was rude. Did not help the situation at all and Mark told us sorry there’s a miscommunication, but we never told him we didn’t want the countertops. Be careful with their trickery. Make sure you check your invoice before you leave.

Ordered cabinets and it took them about a week after the cabinets were paid for to complete the order. Once the cabinets were at the customers house we found out they didn't give us what we ordered. I just don't understand how a company like this can be so hard to work with.

Amazing experience all around. I worked with Fiona on design and she was awesome— very helpful recommendations, timely responses, and she even added custom cabinet doors at no extra charge to help match the overall design in one instance where my cabinet was not a standard size. Their recommended installation team did a great job a well.

They have beautiful cabinets, and lots of options. We worked with Fiona and she is awesome. She helps us design the kitchen and gave professional advice. Also, when mistakes happens at their warehouse, she stepped up and take care of it for us. The 5 stars is for Fiona, but their warehouse needs a better system.
