I am so happy to have found Builder City! The show rooms had such incredible variety to see, which was so helpful to see the colors options in person. The cabinets are great quality- I even saw some dovetail joints! I had been helped by Tony the many times I've gone to Builder City and the service he provided was impeccable. He remembered my name (which shows he incredible customer service) and gave great feedback on what he thought would go well in my bathroom remodel. Tony was insightful and I trusted his vision. If you ever go, I recommend you to ask for Tony!

Tony was really nice and helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed to purchase the products. I needed a refund on some of the items I no longer needed which became more complicated because I used Google pay. He was able to resolve my issue and issue the refund in a timely manner.

Builder city had several items I could not find elsewhere that were just what we were looking for! They are also frequently updating items available. In the past 2 months that we've been searching for items I've noticed they've updated their inventory with other great items!

Wonderful place to find modern vanities and mirrors. They have a huge showroom, where you are most certain to find what you're looking for. When you get there, ask for Lawrence. He's one of the most profession yet easygoing sales reps I've had a pleasure of dealing with. Lawrence helped me find the absolutely perfect vanity-mirror combo...twice! And when I had a issue with one of the sinks, he helped me swap it out for a new one with no headache whatsoever. Shopping at Builder City was a breeze, thanks to Lawrence. 10/10 would recommend

We recently had a large kitchen project and went to check this place out to see what they had to offer. We'll let me tell you, they've got everything in one place and I loved it. It was very convenient and priced well. Do keep in mind that there is a check in process which I had no idea about. I walked around for about 20 minutes shopping around and looking for someone to help me. Make sure you check in when you arrive so they can assign a representative to help you. Check out process was quick and easy and most of the items are on site in the warehouse ready to be picked up same day. Definitely check this place out.

This place is awesome as it has a wonderful showroom and prices are great. The staff are extremely helpful and nice as I had purchased a faucet from them. Unfortunately the one that I purchased did not fit my kitchen. It had been several weeks since I had purchased it and I was concerned they weren't going let me exchange it. Since I hadn't touch the box they were nice enough to let me exchange it to something else without any issues or hassle whatsoever. Therefore I highly recommend them!! Staff are helpful and nice which makes it a pleasant experience. I will be recommending them to others about this place and will definitely be back!

Was recommended this place by a contractor and it was a bit of a drive but well worth it. He described everyone as super nice and helpful and I wasn't disappointed. Tricia was particularly on point with all my questions and needs with great solutions. She's very cool. I went there for just a bathroom vanity but wound up getting almost then entire inventory for my remodel.
