My boyfriend and I went shopping here today and, admittedly, I was confused because when we got there the door/gate was closed but their hours said it was open. I ask the lady that was there if they were open and she said they work by appointment only. I was confused and asked how we could do that and they instructed us to scan the QR code. Honestly, I agree with some of the reviews, it was a bite tedious and annoying especially since we were running short on time. BUT, after trying to do the appointment thing and failing, I asked the lady if she could help us out with the app since we didn't know how it works. She was able to help us and the service was great! Honestly I thought at first that they weren't letting us in because we're Hispanic but once I started talking to her a bit more she was really nice! I know some people were saying things about the workers following you like if you're going to be stealing something (which even if you wanted to, you can't they have a safety gate that they make sure to lock and unlock), and at first I kind of felt like that too but we know who we are and aren't going to get offended by that, the thing is that everything is in Korean or Japanese because it's imported from there. I'm mean literally EVERYTHING! I thought it was nice that the lady was following us around at the beginning and she was making sure that we were okay and finding the products that we needed. She even recommend some things and encouraged us to try products that are trending. We were initially there for my boyfriend to get him on a skincare routine since I had already ordered my products on a website. But had I known about this place sooner, I would have waited!! They have great prices AND products! And don't even get me started on the snacks Anyway, we were laughing and joking around with the same lady that was helping us and made it a point to say we'd definitely come back. I don't think the appointment thing is a big deal. Just get it over with and you can go in, at the end of our shopping I thought it was 100% worth the tedious process of being able to get in. We left very happy and excited to come back and try different products!

This shop needs an appointment to shop here. I went there last week and they told me that I have to get an appointment. Don't go there!

Last time I was here which would be a year ago they would let people in to shop around. I decided to come back because I was nearly out of shampoo and this was the closest place to me that had the shampoo I was looking for. I ended up being met with a closed door and one of the employees mentioning that I had to make an appointment. An appointment was never needed before I guess people can't just walk around the store to see what they want to purchase.

Google says they close at 9pm but got here at 8:45pm and they refused to let me purchase something. Terrible service. Lady said I need an appointment to shop there. I am never shopping here if I have to get an appointment.

They never let you in shopping inside must have appointment, it just small store and not expensive like luxury , if business not comfortable for customers ok fine Close the door forever, don't open it. Ok

Won't even let you look in the store to shop because they think you're gonna steal..... lame as hell How are you gonna have a storefront but not let people come in without a "reservation" literally such a waste of time and the employee was super rude just yelling "store policy" at me when I was trying to figure out how I could make an appointment or just look at the products. Don't waste your time or money here!!!

Need a reservation to get in. Waste of time. The employees were no help. They just directed us to a QR code. We had to ask 3 times before they told us that we the reservations have to be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Please don't go here!! Honestly I should've checked the reviews before I got here but I was dying to look for some hair oil because my hair has been so dry and everywhere I looked has sold out of a specific brand I was looking for. I showed up expecting to buy something and was met with a metal gate. I thought that it shouldn't be too big of a deal since they previously opened the gate for people that want to shop here. When I tried to open it I was met by a staff member and she said that I either had to have an appointment or schedule a pick up by wechat. This seemed so outrageous to me as I previously went to this establishment and bought items here. This staff member proceeded to give me a side eye or a disgusted face and walked away without even telling me how to book an appointment. There was only one customer in there with a store stocked with items and it really seemed like they had a target audience they only want to attend to. It is ridiculous how I would have to have an appointment to shop here considering it's such a small shabby store. I would never support this place again!

A little pricey but good quality. I don't have a reservation and like to lock the door and open the door to prevent robbers. The salesperson is very professional. Checkout is neat and tidy.

Do not support this business! Tried to shop here 2 weeks ago only to be met by a locked metal gate and a woman stating that they were closed, even though their store business hours said otherwise. Genuinely wanted to shop here and added it to my list of places to visit next time. So today was the day and admittedly, I did not read all the reviews which I now regret. I live in the South Bay and made a trip to shop for items to gift to loved ones. When I asked the staff if they were open she got up and stated they were by appointment only. Mind you, there was not a single soul in the place. When I kindly asked if an appointment can be made today (since I drove pretty far) she said I could scan the code on the door to download ‘WeChat’. Very confusing and unorganized, so I gave up and decided that a business that operates this way doesn’t deserve my time or money. Based on the owners response to other reviews, I know I made the right decision. I can understand their reasoning behind their business model, however with technology, there are so many ways to communicate with non-English speaking individuals.

I used to love this place, they had fantastic service- cheerful staff were keen to help and recommend great products. I have been shopping here for two years and spent several hundreds here. However, today, they turned me away from behind a metal gate at the door and said you need an appointment for over two weeks. They were not polite at all and did not show us how to make an appointment or even apologize. The store had ONE customer and 4 staff, so it wasn’t over crowding either. Really upset that such a great shop has gone downhill.
