Very good service experience. 😊Xueyang Wang is very professional, efficient and nice. She was patient and kind with all the questions I asked. I had have an appointment before I came. Although I was 15 minutes late, I could handle the affairs immediately when I arrived without waiting again. The bilingual service here is good, and they can speak Mandarin and English fluently. I will come to this bank next time if I have any needs.👍👍👍

All liars… We had an appointment at 1pm today with the banker Xueyang Wang and she didn’t show up. At the branch, the receptionist Jesus Olguin (he claims that he is the acting Branch Manager) told us he couldn’t find our appointment. After we showed him the appointment confirmation, someone named Kristal came up and brought us to a room. Kristal finally found our appointment but blamed us of being a couple minutes late. She also tried to cover up for the banker Xueyang Wang by asking us to wait an hour there. We went back to Jesus Olguin and expressed our concerns. He told us no banker is available today and asked us try different branch. They are contradicting each other. Can’t believe this is BOA service! Horrible…Stay away from this branch.

Not enough workers, came here 1 hr before closing, waited in line, finally my turn, they told me there’s no one that can help, asked me to come back tomorrow, switching to another bank for sure

Not well arranged their business. No receptionist at the front desk. Waiting time 45 minutes even only 2 clients ahead. Teller was not helping, since pretty new and need assistance from the manager which lowered my expectations

There are too few staff. There are still 40 minutes before the end of the day. However, international remittance cannot be handled. You must make an appointment. If you cannot make an appointment within a week, you are advised to go to another bank to handle it. It is very inconvenient to make a trip in vain.

If someone goes to the bank to cash a check, the logical thing is that they change it to cash, but the teller Cristina helped me with terrible service, she told me that I could only deposit it because they did not give cash.

I was refused service by Jeff Alas because I was black. I first told that because of the type of card I was using I am not able to use it without a California and that this was part of a new policy. I requested for the manager at which he said he is the assistant manager so I left. Upon going to another location they were able to do it without a problem and verified my drivers license using some sort of device. When I returned to the location to find out Jeff’s name after being told from the other location this isn’t a policy they are familiar with. He immediately alert is now store manager I was here but I informed him I wanted to chat with him. While there he told me I couldn’t record even though the camera was not on him and laying on the counter. From this his manager then proceeded to take over the situation from there. While chatting with his manager and the store manager Debbie Sanchez she informed me that this a policy and couldn’t show me it and that if I had a drivers license for any of the border states that they would’ve been able to assist me which is different from what Jeff said originally. She also stated that because the card was issued in California that’s why. When I informed her he didn’t look to see where the card was issued how would they know it was from California, she stated the beginning numbers starting with 4427 is the reason she knew it was from California. But the issue with that is my card was originally sent to a Maryland address and I was able to find an older unemployment card from Maryland that starts with those same numbers of 4427. So not only was an originally racially profiled for my card and denied service. I was then lied to by the store manager just to further show their racism towards what looks like their only black customer of the day. If you are black or have similar features I wouldn’t go to this branch as they are making things up as they go and was never able to prove or provide this policy and would lie just to deny me service. I have filled multiple complaints with Bank of America about this two individual with proof of both my cards and that I was lied to and giving further service at the other location on las tunas.

I find it scary that BOA will not honor a check over $200. I have a $7000 check from BOA Wich they will allow me to deposit w no problem, however they can not dispense any cash or withdrawal for up to 4 or 5 days. WHY IS UR NAME ON A CHECK THAT U WONT STAND BEHIND OR HONOR???...Why don't u answer phone calls? Why isn't there a customer service line for people to get help or have concerns with setting up accounts in ur branch? The floor staff at BOA at Las Tunas Temple City is despicable, rude, evasive ..omg!

Have never had a problem here and Bank of America has been my bank for many years!Great service and courteous tellers. This location very convenient.Would not change to another bank no bank is perfect, but Bank of America is close to perfect.I feel very confident my money is safe there .Thank you B of A

The posted hours of this bank should be located in the fiction section of a library. I've wasted so much time driving here only to leave with my deposit slips and aggravation. Please update the hours on the doors! They are closed during lunch but don't write this anywhere as well as randomly not open when short staffed.

Surprisingly good service. And at least I don’t have to wait in line under the super hot sunshine. There’s one Chinese to help people near the sofa area. He’s really polite, and so is Harry, the clerk.
