I was impressed with this little banking spot until I noticed there was a restroom but it indicated that it was occupied but no one answered when I knocked a few times.

A classic ATM. Pretty safe, but I don't come here at night. I didn't go inside, just used the outside ATM. There's usually a line here in the morning to go inside. There is a fruit cart near here.

First of all, this is not BoA financial center. This place has 3 ATMs and conference rooms. That being said, this place is ridiculous. Card reader is cheap garbage and is always broken. Like half the time the card reader doesnt work and you cant even get in. Even when the reader does work, you still find at least one ATM is down, or up but doesnt work well. It's unbelievable how a big company like BoA manages their facility this poorly.

Just an FYI - there are no actual tellers at this location. Just 3 atms and digital concierge videoconferencing available. However, the iPad being used to initiate the teleservice was locked.. This location should really only be used for ATM needs. It was very clean though!

I requested a check to close out the balance of my Bank of America account on 2/7. I was told it would take 45 days. It hasn't shown up after 61 days. I am tole it will take another 45 days to get a new one. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Can I give them zero stars?

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small, but honestly, this place isn't popping. So you don't have to worry about parking. Plus, if for some reason it is full, just park at Grocery Outlet (which is right across from BoA) and just walk over. Parking spots are decent. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

No in-person tellers but video banking and ATM. Entrance faces away from Huntington Dr. towards parking lot.
