First time here since it opened. It is pretty organized and easy to find things. The worker Billy was amazingly helpful and polite, taking his time to explain and making recommendations when i wasn't sure about a few things. Overall, it was an easy and fast purchase and will be my go to place.

Really nice place and was greeted by Billy right when I came in. I came here looking for some wraps for my fiancé but didn't know which one to get. Billy was really helpful and informative about the wraps and made it really easy to shop around. Definitely taking my fiancé there to shop around their other products.

Great shop, great setup, and great service! Billy was so chill and helpful! I'm not much of a smoker so I don't know much of the names for the products I'm looking for or use(since mostly my friends do the smoke shop runs) but thankfully Billy got my back with his knowledge, thanks man!

Stopped by here a few times and was helped by an employee named Alan! Both times he was super friendly and kind to me. The first time I stopped by was for a gift for a friend of mine and he was super helpful in picking out the right products for my friend. The second time I visited the shop, he was super knowledgeable about all the benefits and information regarding CBD/CBG/CBN products that I was curious about. He answered all of my questions and was super patient with me which I appreciated. He even suggested some CBD products for my dog who I shared has a bit of anxiety after a recent surgery. Overall, I think there's a wide range of products to choose from and the employee I interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Bonus points: Alan has great taste is music in my opinion! :-)

I recently went to this shop because I noticed that the business name had changed to BakeBros and wanted to check it out. Also, I was in the need of some flavored air. The store looks great and I was welcomed and greeted by Jade and Jayden. They were nice and the energy was very pleasant. Jade was very helpful as I was searching for a specific flavored air. We chatted for a bit and I was on my way. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jade!

It's an allright place. They got a good selection of glass there and wraps, but the little guy behind the counter is rude and allways acts high AF. If you want better service, go to the BP location or even better, go see Hugo in Glendora. They used to have a dogo there named Zelda at that location, what happened to it? Bring her back!

I waited to post this hoping I would get over it, but I am still pissed off! At the beginning of the month, I went here looking to get a new elfbar because mine was going dead. There was a man named Adien there who was very rude to me. For starters he seemed annoyed I was there by giving me dirty looks and he made me feel uncomfortable. I politely asked to see a few Elfbars and he proceeded to take a hit from his bong thing, slammed it down on the counter, then walked over to me and blew the smoke out of the corner of his mouth away from me, but the smoke still wafted onto my face! Do you not know we are still in a pandemic state? Grrr! Gross! But that's not all, after I waved his smoke out of my face, I asked to see a few elf bars and he tried to sell me something different. I asked again and told him I did not want that product and that I wanted an elfbar, he proceeded to get upset with me and from then on he was short with his replies. He gave me anger vibes. At that point, I said "You know what, If you don't want me here, I will go somewhere else" to which his reply was to just shrug his shoulders! I have never met a ruder and more unprofessional person in all my life! The girl that was there with him was very nice though, even when I asked for Adiens name. Regardless, I have been telling all my friends and family to not go to this Bake Bros because no one should have to go through what I experienced.

My man tony. Truly loves the business. Honest. With great prices. Walked in for something quick. Gave me excellent service. Also I mentioned to him about getting more glass. And he was well aware who I was because I would buy from there all the time and his employees will call asking for certain things for me. He was really appreciative.
