I got a flat during rush hour at an inconvenient location on the 605 and Auto Car called me shortly after I reached out to AAA. They told me they would be there in 30 min, and Jeremy arrived in 20! He was efficient, safe, and polite. It can be frustrating to deal with a flat, but from the phone call to arriving at the tire shop, the experience was stress-free and smooth. Huge shoutout to Corey who came for a AAA battery jump start request. It was for my dad's old car and it was completely dead. We couldn't even pop the trunk! But Corey was super patient and figured it out. He was friendly, efficient, and super knowledgable. He also gave me some tips and pointers on maintaining the old vehicle. Highly recommend this company and whatever management is doing, y'all are doing it right! TIL, if you drive a 90s Mercedes and your battery is completely dead. Passenger side has access to the power cables to get a jump!

Brought my 2018 Scatpack in with quite a bit of damage to the front left fender and suspension. They did an excellent job at fixing it and keeping me updated with every step they were making on the car. They did a great job getting factory parts and even saved me some money with getting slightly used parts. Color matched the new pieces perfectly. I recommend them to anyone they'll make sure you're back on the road safety and not cutting any corners!

Big shout out to Elias, left my car at home and came back from a mini trip only to find out my car hesitated when starting. Didn't think anything of it till I got back from the market and tried to fire it back up, it completely died on me. My old battery is a AAA battery that lasted 6 years, I jumped my car with my NOCO charger and moved it so I wouldn't block traffic. It was raining pretty hard so I called AAA battery service and Elias came really quick and got the job done.

My car stopped on the side of the freeway way and my daughter and I were stranded! I called AAA and within the time frame they told me (35 min) & In horrible traffic, Adrian came to our rescue and carefully loaded my car to be toed. He was polite and I was so relieved to be safely off the freeway. He drove us to our dealership, perfectly unloaded and parked my car, then showed me where to leave my key and paperwork (since it was after hours for my dealership) I'm so thankful for Adriane and how reliable and professional he was!! It people like him that in a bad situation, can make it so much harder better!

Don't use Auto Car to tow your vehicle. Very unprofessional tow truck drivers!Edit: just view the response to this comment to see what I'm talking about. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a towing company!

My 12 V battery died and it was a struggle to get AAA'S virtual chat to connect me to a service towing company. I waited for an hour and then found out they incorrectly confirmed my phone number. I called to find out what happened and AAA's Supervisor expedited me to Auto Car Towing and within 15 minutes, help arrived! Auto Car employee, Corey, was an ANGEL. He went Above and Beyond my expectations and personified what it means to provide excellent customer service! He answered a mirid of questions and he made sure that everything was functioning perfectly before I left. He's a class act and AAA accommodated me in a pleasant and professional way.

I called specifically asking for a wheel lift tow truck for my car because the address I was at couldn't fit any other ones. The girl on the phone said yes and I thought everything was going to be fine until the wrong tow truck showed up. I would have been fine with a simple call back explaining that they couldn't do it. But no, when the driver himself called them to confirm, they had the nerve to lie about it, saying I never requested one.

Great customer service. my mom's car broke down and we took it into the mechanic. they worked with her budget and didn't rip us off. Good customer service to all our family wile we were siting in the office. We even got free pizza
