Excellent service, you can trust this business. He happens to be an auto mechanic instructor at community college. During the process, he took picture to show us the problem and how he fixing it. Very honor business, we also got nice appreciation card in mail from them too.

I visited the car service center and expressed my concern about my vehicle. They promptly informed me about the estimated cost and kindly atravesar a ride back home. Their hospitality was commendable, and they patiently addressed all my queries. And informed me of other potential issues with my car and presented alternative financing options. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and I’ll be returning for future maintenance needs.

I really want to like All Cars, but they are just too expensive. They are all very nice and explain everything to you. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I want to keep going there, but they always seem to find more and more things wrong with my car. I know they are just trying to be proactive, but since I don't know anything about cars, I want to trust them, but at the same time, they seem to want to fix everything on the car, which just means more and more money. Whenever I've gone in to them to get one thing fixed, they always seem to find various other things that also need to be fixed and it's just too much.

Back in the 80s, I worked for All Car Specialist. I've been recommending them since. Paul gave me an opportunity to enhance my experience. I recall how honest he was and how he placed real close attention to his customer's needs. It was a great environment to work in. I share something he told me back then with a lot of people, which was, "If you rip a customer off the first time, they won't notice. If you rip them off the second time, they'll doubt you. On the 3rd time, they definitely know you ripped them off. On the 4th time, they won't come back." There is a saying I heard once, which is, "One unhappy customer will tell 200." Paul is squeaky clean honest.

I brought my 78 Datsun 280Z in for repairing the AC and heating system. I had another shop fix the AC almost a couple years ago, but it was never reliable. The heat and defroster never worked ever since I bought the car over 25 years ago. This time, I decided to get the entire system working, plus the mode doors which nobody else wanted to touch. It's getting difficult to find a shop that will just say, "yes, we'll fix it", when it comes to certain projects on an old car like mine. Parts for these old systems are sometimes hard to come by and it's very labor intensive, especially if you remove the dashboard to access certain components. Anyway, Ron and his staff had the right attitude and willingness to get the job done. He kept me informed on their progress and was very transparent. It was a huge undertaking, so it took a few weeks. The only catch is ACS is a little pricey, which sometimes includes a diagnostic fee. However, as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". What you get for the price is good service, quality work, proper care of your vehicle while in their hands, and a desire to address the issue without hesitation. All those qualities go a long way. I have a few other messy projects that my usual shop won't touch. When I'm ready for that, I'll take it back to these guys.Epilogue: The defroster and one of the mode doors stopped working after a few weeks, so I took the Z back. It was a simple vacuum line that only cost $10. The rest of their work is covered and I had the car back within a few days. In essence, they've got a great operation going there. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I have a 2004 Toyota Echo with 215K miles on it. Check engine light came on. My scanner diagnosed "misfire #1 cylinder". I used to put 400 miles a week on the Echo. Now that I'm retired, it's 400 miles a year. I knew the spark plugs were almost new, so that left the coils and/or other major items. I was trying to decide how much I wanted to invest in the Echo. Jorge said that if it was his car, he would rebuild the motor if that's what it came to, "Where are you going to find another car as reliable as the Echo in today's market?" Based on that question and my previous excellent experiences with Ron and Jorge, I okayed the work. Coils were changed. Also, the air flow sensor, which came up faulty on a road test. The Echo runs great now. The best part, Jorge pointed out that the work was warranted for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever came first. That is twice the standard warranty from Toyota dealerships. All-Car is the best.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I've been going to All Car for more than 20 years. They have always been extremely honest and competent. Good people who do good work, that's hard to beat. I cannot recommend them enough.

I love this place. I had a strange message when I turned it on. Took it over without an appointment. They handled it and even drove me home so I did not have to wait. They are trustworthy and honest.

I bring all my business cars here for regular maintenance. Only a shop like Paul 's is able to work on my new 2021's and He has also worked on my supercharged lotus Elise, and my 63 Lincoln continental. Just had to write a review since I read all the unjust reviews. Just a bunch of Broke Karen's looking for top dollar specialist advice and service, ad a pick and save bargain. Guarantee these same Karen's expect wagyu beef burger quality at McDonald's happy meal prices. Go to jiffy lube instead and see how long your car lasts!

My Toyota Prius was towed here via AAA. The service was great and they helped me out and gave me a fair price for selling the car. I don't like that they charge a $75 inspection fee for just seeing what's wrong with the car.

Personally, I think I am a fair person when it comes to giving my opinion. I gave AAA a 5 - totally satisfied for helping out with my car having issues. However, I am not totally satisfied when AAA recommended me to this car shop. 1) The people there are friendly - this review is not against anyone at the office. All of them are friendly and nice 2) The issue I had is with the inspection fee. First, I get charged a $ 150 inspection fee regardless of whether I decide to proceed to work with them. 3) The inspection fee goes up to $ 675 ( nearly $ 700 ) for just checking out the car - not counting the money that may be involved in fixing the vehicle and the parts required to get the car going. Personally, I think this is a really high-end shop where they charge nearly $ 700 just to look at your car and see what the problems are. Unless you are super rich or have tons of money laying around, I probably would prefer another car shop that would not overcharge their clients. I understand my car has issues and even if they charge me nearly $ 1,000 for fixing everything including inspection, I will be totally fine. But in my opinion, if they are going to charge $ 675 for checking out the problems with the cars, then at the end of the day, it will probably cost thousands when you throw in additional labor involving fixing the car plus the parts involved. The reason why I put this review here is to let people know that this is a really high-end car repair shop, it will cost thousands ( in my opinion ) to get the car fixed. Make sure you know what you are getting into before coming here. By the way, they did not honor the AAA 10% off discount on inspecting my vehicle - my credit card still get charged $ 150 * sigh *

So I pull up to their business early on a Friday morning. I know I need my rear brake pads changed, maybe the rotors turned. Good morning, I want to find out how much it'll be to do my rear brakes? "We charge a $75 diagnostic fee to look at your front and rear brakes". I was stunned. Who do these guys think they are? I'm thinking it's not April 1st, so they must be serious. You've been warned.
