Cut the wrong keys here. They replaced all of the keys and restamped them free of charge. This place may be small but they're great.

I came here cus I was looking for over 5 different things that I needed & was looking for it at this shop but it's more pricer than other locations that I go to. So I didn't buy anything here. but I like that this store has alot of different things and clean

I went to buy a bottle of self-spray paint. The two cashiers I met at the checkout were very nice and provided enthusiastic service. I happened to have 1 dollar left in my wallet, so I gave her a tip. I was very satisfied with her service. But the young male salesperson was very impatient. He kept complaining from the beginning when I asked him about the color of the self-paint. Although I couldn't understand what he said, it felt like the customer owed him eight hundred dollars.

I lived in San Gabriel for over 44 years living in and managing an 11 unit apartment building close to the San Gabriel Mission. I frequently was at this store to purchase keys, window screens, faucet washers, mail box lock & keys, you name it - it was there! This was a fantastic store! The staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s good to see they have survived another 10 years of business. Miss this type of store for sure. Wishing your family business another 50 years of success!

Great neighborhood hardware store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good prices. It's definitely should be your first choice for shopping if you don't need bulk items from Home Depot or Lowes

Have been going here for more than 60 years. As a child I always tagged along with my neighbor. I always saw the same friendly employees who are helpful and gave me advice about what I needed to buy.

Great place, great people. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, even the other customers! Every time I go to Mission Hardware, they have what I need, even if I don't know what I need. I go here all the time for a quick shop. Rarely a wait for a cashier.

I don’t know who manages this store but I what a hell of the job he or she is doing!! First of all I like to say thank your for always being stocked! I hv never gone into mission hardware and come out empty handed. This weekend I was looking for CR1620 battery and mission hardware as the only store that had it in stock in our area. And, not only did they hv it in stock but their rack was fully loaded with that battery!! Thank you!!! Your loyal shopper!!!
