I echo some of the reviews here. Employes should get trained to know which aisle contains which category of items. I walked in asking where the supplements aisle is , got directed to the dog food aisle. Had to repeat myself like 3 times (in simple english terms) in order for the 2 employees to understand me with neither of them getting from behind the counter. The store was empty so instead of having a untrained employes that don't know which items are in which aisle. Maybe training them won't be such a bad idea. At the bare minimum employe should know the difference between dog food and supplements. I can only imagine what the food is like. Other reviews mention being insulted. Etiquette is bare minimum. The bar is low.

Worse 7-11 experience ever. The cashier named Bidur was aggressive and rude. Yelling at people. Was telling people to leave cause they close at midnight. It was 145am. I asked him again then he changed his story to say they were going to close at 2. Then complained that people were inside too long that's why he lied. They weren't there for more than 5 minutes. Ended up just going to the other 7/11 a few blocks south instead.

This 7-11 is good for me I like how the condiments are fresh and the hot dogs are cooked when I get there things are clean and the fountain drinks are full. Unlike other 7-11's I have been to.

Absolute worst location ! The guy working on Sunday afternoon didn't speak English very well and didn't know how to operate the lottery machine. I had $29 worth of winning tickets and he tried to say I only had $20. I'm not sure if he was trying to intentionally gyp me or was just confused. He also had poor math skills and had trouble calculating how much my tickets totaled.

I know this is a convenient store, but the company needs to train their managers to handle customer issues! I was here for good service, in the minimum expectation of being greeted with courtesy. It’s also expected to come here as a safe place to get convenient food and drinks, with acceptable cleanliness maintained by the employees!!!Terribly, the shift manager got mad at me when another customer yelled at me rudely! He only could ask me to be quiet rather than handling it with courtesy such as letting the other customer know he offended the store customers. I came here to pay for service not insult!! The manager asked me to pick up trash on the floor while I have busy hands. He should help out by lending a hand. All this happened next to the coffee station when all I did was holding my coffee cup and rinsing the lid with hot water, no pushing touching nor speaking to any stranger next to me! Thanks god a customer nice enough to tell me to not let these terrible people ruin my day in the parking lot!! Yes, dare 7 eleven 6915 Rosemead Blvd store shift manager! I wouldn’t let you to ruin my day!!I also just read the review below a customer had bad experience because of his poor English! I felt the same way today! I felt targeted because he or the manager thought I was Asian too! The dude got freaked out more when I replied him with English! Watch your attitude, you people! The only reason I give you a star is to post here! The manager here doesn't even deserve a star! You deserve to be fired for just standing there babbling at customers and doing nothing! Look at how many terrible reviews your store have gotten till today!

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available and has no indoor & outdoor seating. They are also sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my snacks from this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is very small. They share the lot with several other establishments. The lot does get full very easily and quickly. So park on the street if it's full. Store & Staff: The store itself is very dirty. That's why I took off one star. However, the items in the store are organized and tidy. The staff here are very friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

On 08/06/21 around 11pm, stop by this 7-11 to get some beer and couple of lottery tickets. Cashier greeted me in Chinese nihao, it's kinda odd to me but I just ignore it and reply back the same. Btw not all Asian ethnicity is Chinese. You should always greeted your customers in English. This is America. During the check out the total was a little bit over 22$. I didn't have enough small change so I gave him 2 20$ bills and 2 1$ bill, total of 42$. The cashier quickly took the money as I was waiting to get my lottery tickets and the changes. When he handed me those tickets asking for more money with broken English. He must thought that I'm fresh off the boats or something so that I couldn't tell the difference between 10$ and 20$ bill. Normally I would give people the benefit of the doubt, that could be a honest mistake. But I can tell he did it on purpose. Eventually he gave back the money.
