Last month I brought my Gold chain it had a problem with the locking mechanism and they straight fixed it in no time, no charge. The people who work and operate this store are rare, we are missing establishments in San Francisco like this, they are personable and they understand the value of customer service. I brought the same chain a week ago and they only took a week for them to repair it and I should be paying them for what they charged me. I love this place and not to mention they have a lot of nice jewelry here definitely worth checking out.

I visited Zee Continental Jewelry for a watch battery replacement and to replace a lost diamond stud earring screw back. Charles and William were both friendly and very helpful and I was able to get both items I needed. I also had another item I wanted to replace and although I didn't have the original with me, we discussed a number of ways they could help me when I bring that item in. I will be returning to Zee Continental Jewelry for any jewelry needs I may have in the future and would highly recommend.

I've been a Zee Continental customer for several years. I've trusted this jeweler to work on my most treasured pieces of jewelry, and I've never been disappointed. They've fixed the clasps on my gold and silver chains, and recently restored the gold plating on some valuable diamond and moissanite rings. I've attached a photo of the 14k gold plating Zee Continental performed on a large men's ring. The gold color appears completely accurate, with superb luster and shine (everyone assumes it's solid 14k gold). Zee Continental also offers some other unique gold plating options, like antique 18k gold, and rare 18k green gold. It also feels good, supporting a longtime local San Francisco small business. I've found their prices to be fair, and their work to be flawless. I will continue bringing my heirloom jewelry to Zee Continental, and I would highly recommend this local business to my friends and neighbors.

The only reason I use Zee is because they are the only jewelry shop in the area.I left a bracelet there over two weeks ago to be repaired. I called after about a week to see if the bracelet was ready. I was told it wasn’t and they would call me when it was ready. I never received a call but I was in the neighborhood this morning and thought I would stop in to see if it was ready.When the Owner said it wasn’t ready yet I said “you’re kidding?” He obviously took that wrong and him knowing I have cancer he said he didn’t care what my personal issues were and that’s just the way it is. He accused me of stopping in and calling all the time to check if it was ready. I reminded him that I called once since it’s been there and never stopped in except for today.If there were other Jewelers in the area and they had competition, i am sure they would provide better customer service and pricing.One reviewer mentioned he had a new battery installed in his watch and was only charged $10. I recall the last time I took a simple basic watch in to have a new battery installed , it was several dollars more than $10.One thing they should consider is having a uniform pricing structure.I will not use them again. I look forward to some new Jeweler’s in the neighborhood.

Zee Continental has helped me with a couple of repairs in the past. and I am always satisfied. the quality of their craftsmanship is always excellent. And their prices can't be beat. The staff are also so friendly and accommodating. In this time in the world, support your local businesses.Just had my watch battery changed. Only $10.00. Took less than 5 mins. In and out. Just how I like it. Asked about resizing a ring smaller and they advised they would need to see the ring to give a quote on cost but it starts at approx. 45.00 and up. They undercut another jewelry store quote for the same ring by more than half. The other store quote was 100.00+.Their jewelry selection is so diverse, you can lose a lot of time just looking at all the pieces. They said if they don't have a certain piece I was looking for, they could recreate the piece, using the gold I have from broken, unwanted jewelry, or they could provide the gold for me. The best part is that they can usually undercut the price it was listed. Awesome. They can also order a lot of pieces that are already manufactured that a custom piece would be to reproduce due to labor costs to manufacture it.

I always like to support a local business! I've always had good experiences at Zee Continental. I had a couple of loose garnet stones that they made into some very nice stud earrings for me. They were happy to talk through options and make sure they came out as i wanted them. I've also had miscellaneous repairs done here (ring resizing, watch battery replacement etc.), and they have always done the job well and at a reasonable price. I have also popped in for their opinions on things, and they're always happy to oblige, even if i don't make an order or purchase at that time. Are the guys who work here a little quirky? Absolutely. But that's the charm of San Francisco. :) If you live in the area give these guys a shot!

I went to Zee's because my girl wears only silver and I had a hard time finding fine jewelry in silver. Most places have only costume or fashion jewelry in silver. I had a specific type of bracelet in mind, pretty hard to find, and Zee had exactly what I was looking for. The piece was perfect, the owner was very helpful, and even offered to change the clasp for free if she preferred a different type. I definitely will be buying there again!

Ring Re-sizing Gone Wrong My husband got his wedding ring resized here - he dropped off a 22K gold ring, and when I went to pick it up, it clearly seemed wrong in weight and appearance. I commented that the ring didn't seem right, and was quickly told I was wrong. Upon further inspection at home, the ring was marked 14K. It took going back into the shop, initially being told we were wrong, and then finally being taken seriously to find out that we had been given the wrong ring. To top it off, once we got (hopefully) his 22K ring back, it is lopsided in one place and looks poorly done. At best, this seems like a very careless and concerning mistake. At worst, the shop hoping that we wouldn't notice the difference between 22K and 14K gold. As a woman, I also did not appreciate the attitude of the men working in the shop - being called 'darling' and having my concerns disregarded until I came back with my husband felt patronizing.

I have been going to Zee Continental for years and I can hardly believe what a wonderful jewelry establishment it is. They are so accommodating and so talented, I have never walked away less than ecstatic. I missed them so badly during the pandemic that I am thrilled they're now open again.

Every time walk in there okay thank you very much one thing about this place as they're always willing to work with you and that is a lot better than a lot of the places and I really really do appreciate that as long as you're honest with them they'll be honest with you thank you very much that's exactly what I needed working with that place meant a lot to me

I've been going to Zee jeweler's for many years. They are a reputable, trustworthy shop where I've had pearls restrung and stones reset in other jewelry.I took several pieces of family gold pieces I didn't wear and they melted them down and created a ring I wear daily.After being gifted with a 4 caret white sapphire Zee cut the stone and created a beautiful setting.They carry an interesting selection of Estate pieces in addition to new pieces.Plus you can get batteries and watches!
