First of all, this guy is a real gentlemen. Brought in a faceted sapphire and a sterling ring setting to have him set the stone. Told me right away that the stone wouldn’t fit without some custom work on the setting. He did the work for a great price and the ring is absolutely perfect! Cannot recommend him enough.

Zaki was able to fix my bracelet with ease! He was super polite and reasonably priced.
Only difficulty was finding his shop - which is on the fifth floor of the door marked “833” to the right of the Walgreens on market

Brought in a sliver chain, the clasp was bent. He charged 40$ for service and did not fix it, there was a gap and the chain could not be secured, it would slide through the clasp. Because of this I lost a valuable locket.

After searching for a skilled and honest jeweler for some time, I came across Zaki in one of my google searches, based on the excellent reviews I gave him a call. He was friendly and helpful from the beginning. I had a difficult job for him…the prongs on my ring were very sharp, and I had been looking for someone to remake the ring. I was absolutely ready to remake the ring and start over but he suggested that before we go to that extreme that he would like a chance to smooth the prongs. OMG it worked so well, my ring is now comfortable and even more beautiful than before! Not only was he helpful with my options, he was honest and that is worth more that I can say. Thank you so much, I will be referring everyone I know to you!

Highly recommend! The band on my engagement ring was broken, and Zaki repaired it to be just like new! Not only did he repair it but he polished and cleaned it and it looks absolutely perfect! I just had a couple of silver chains fixed at Zaki’s. He was very kind to accommodate my situation where repair had to be done in two days, instead of a week that was suggested originally. His fees were super reasonable considering high quality job he had rendered in a short time. I am so happy to see the honest business that takes pride in their craft thriving in this city. Highly recommended ！

i am very particular about jewelry and did not feel like i had a reliable jeweler in the city who could fix pieces in addition to make new ones to spec -- many were slow, extremely expensive, or hard to communicate with - i myself don't know a lot about jewelry outside of what i understand as a consumer. i found zaki when i needed someone to fix a beloved piece that was falling apart; he had the strongest reviews of any jeweler in SF but i was still skeptical at first, thinking that he might be fairly priced but would he have range and the ability to fix or make anything? i have been working him with months now and the reviews are strong for a reason! he is a magician - has fixed every piece i have taken to him and now just finished making me a custom signet ring that turned out absolutely perfect. he is meticulous, fast, and *fair* in pricing which is invaluable in a jeweler if you want someone you can work with on all of your projects. i trust him and feel so lucky that i found him. he's definitely my go to guy and it's a relief to know i can take anything to him to get fixed or made!!

Zaki is the best! A pair of my most-loved diamond earrings broke and he put on his problem-solving hat to propose an out-of-box solution that would prevent them from breaking again. Prices incredibly reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and speed. Visits with him and Nacho are a pleasure - I'm almost looking forward to something else breaking so I can make another trip.

Great experience working with Zaki to resize an engagement ring. Less than half the price of other jewelers I spoke to in the city and he did a great job and was honest and fair. He even helped adjust the prongs at no extra cost.
The only jeweler I will work with in San Francisco from now on!
Pro tip: give his office a call before coming by to make sure he’s available.
