I'm so happy with Yun Yun's alterations on my wedding dress. I had a full ballgown, and can honestly say I felt like a princess on my wedding day. Yun Yun has an incredible eye for detail, offered honest advice, and set up multiple fittings to make sure everything fit just right.

Highly recommend Yun Yun! My sister got her wedding dress altered here 8 years ago based on the recommendation of the owners of the bridal shop where she got her dress. The dress had a long tail but Yun Yun was able to create the most beautiful French bustle. 8 years later, I'm wearing my sister's dress for my own wedding and I went back to Yun Yun to get some help with minor alterations. She was so professional, kind and helpful. I'd recommend Yun Yun for brides who wants someone with deep expertise in wedding dress alterations.

Yun yun does an exceptional job on all of the items I've brought to her but especially these Peter Do tuxedo pants that I wanted a bit shorter. She did an amazing job and they came out just what I had wanted. She is so talented. It's a plus that she has a a great haircut too, which she cuts herself! - truly has a great eye for things.

Yun Yun did an amazing job with my wedding dress. I brought the dress to a few other tailors who said they could not do it given the complicated buttons, zipper, and short timeline. Yun Yun did not hesitate one bit and flawlessly altered my dress to the perfect fit. She is professional and knows her stuff!

Yun Yun did me the honors of altering my wedding dress in 2022 and it was perfect. She was very kind to me and my family when we came in for my initial fitting as well as for final pickup. Her warm demeanor, professionalism and impeccable services really touched me and I would heartily recommend her to everyone.

I came to Yun Yun on the recommendation of my bridal stylist for my bridal dress alterations. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, and efficient. We had a bit of a complicated hemming and bustling situation that she handled with ease. My dress had several layers of tulle and lace appliqué all over and she did not shy away from doing what needed to be done at all.She also got my shoulder straps to fit comfortably but be snug enough not to budge, even while dancing! Before the alterations I was sure I would absolutely be relying on fashion tape all night but they held up quite well on their own!We had a bit of a tight timeline, about 4-5 weeks out from my wedding day. She was able to do everything on time and within my budget.Definitely would recommend for any tailoring and alteration, especially for a wedding dress!

Yun Yun is the best! I've gotten dresses, men's and women's dress pants, and jeans altered or hemmed by her and all have turned out amazingly. She's extremely knowledgeable about altering clothing and gives expert advice.

This place is amazing. I had a few shirts altered on the shoulder, needed to be looser and Yun Yun did great. One time, my guy friend needed his suit jacket let out around the armpit around and didn't want to spend $$$ on it. So I took it Yun Yun, she didn't do it! But she was so honest and said because the fabric is so sensitive and expensive, she didn't want to ruin it. She didn't want to take the chance and I completely understand. She suggested I went to a different place and recommended me a few. Thank you for your honesty and recommendations, I used them well.

Yun Yun Wong did the alterations for my wedding dress and I am so happy with the final product. She gave me a quote upfront to hem my dress, fix the straps, cut some of the tulle, and install a bustle. While not cheap, I knew it was a good value considering how long, intricate and how many layers my dress had, and I appreciated that the price did not change after everything. We had 4 sessions with her, and she was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I've gone to Yun Yun multiple of times to get bridesmaids dresses hemmed and she also did me the honors of altering my wedding dress (which is not a small task). I went to Yun Yun 4 weeks before my wedding. Yun Yun was so kind and let me come a little bit later since I was still trying to lose more weight for my wedding. After the initial drop off, I came back each week for 3 weeks straight to try on the dress and ensure we were moving towards the right direction. Yun Yun would also text me photos of the how the dress was looking and the progress her team has made so far. My dress was quite large on me and it took Yun Yun's team a lot of time to thoroughly pull in the dress to ensure it fit nicely. My dress was also filled with very intricate flower lace detailing and Yun Yun had to cut through some of the flowers to make the dress fit better. For the end result, I wasn't even able to tell she cut through the flowers. She did such an incredible job. I picked up my dress the week of my wedding and was so happy with how it turned out. I was initially concerned that the top of my dress was too revealing and Yun Yun was able to cover it up by taking the flowers from the bottom of my dress and adding it to top. The fit was absolutely beautiful and I ended up loving my dress even more thanks to Yun Yun's work.

I went to Yun Yun Wong because all the reviews were so glowing, and she 100% lives up to it. She was able to sew a slit in my bridesmaid's dress completely shut, and you can't even tell there was ever a slit there to begin with! I had a super short turn around time which she was very accommodating about. She's so sweet and I absolutely recommend her.

Yun Yun is such a gem! I knew after reading the other reviews that she was my first choice of tailor if available to hem my wedding dress a few months ago. I called her up and was able to get an appointment right away. She was also very close to me in the Sunset, which was a great bonus. She was super kind, friendly, and easy to chat with. Apparently she's been in the city for decades. When I showed her my trumpet-style dress and told her I wanted floor grazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and pinned it up a little extra in the front. I didn't trip at all on my day and I did a lot of walking! The process was easy: I walked in with my wedding dress and shoes, changed in her little makeshift dressing room, she pinned up the skirt and I approved and paid, left it there for a month, and it was ready and waiting on the appointed day. She checked it on me before I left to make sure I was happy with it. She charged a very reasonable rate based on my understanding of similar alterations, and didn't balk at my online-ordered dress with two layers (I know some tailors in the Bay say they'll only alter a certain pedigree of dress, which just seems kind of awful to me). The alterations looked beautiful: you couldn't even tell it had been altered! It was a very lacy dress and easy to snag but she kept it in pristine shape. I almost cried on my wedding day when I got a bunch of twigs and leaves in the skirt and it got a little shredded at the bottom after looking so perfect, but such is the life of an outdoor bride ;) I would recommend Yun Yun for any delicate/fine tailoring needs (or non-delicate too, I'm sure). Do not hesitate! She'll take great care of you.

Yun Yun altered my wedding dress and she was fantastic. My dress needed hemming, additional cups and the straps tightened and re-beaded. She was also very flexible with appointment times. During one appointment, I got hot and dizzy standing in my dress and she was so kind throughout the whole thing! I would highly recommend her.
