Very good customer service. Staff was friendly and warm. Visited the place to deposit back the equipment on terminating the connection. They attended quickly and did needful.

There were a bunch of people waiting to be helped and about 4-5 employees were huddled up in the corner watching an escalation with another customer and the police. A waste of time going there!

Took too long for a router that isnt what I needed. Now I have to call customer service with their awful automatic system and call centers who do not understand my verbiage due to a language barrier
