Feb 10 2024, I arrived at 6:20 pm. They already closed. I saw employees walk out from the side door, like they don't care to close early. Wasted my time.

When picking up my equipment, the store hours on both Google and the website were 7pm. Upon arriving, they had a small note saying they closed at 6. Had to come back another time. Another trip, returning old equipment, there was a 30 minute wait to get a receipt for the returned equipment. Store is run very inefficiently.Update: upon coming home, they removed both routers from my account. The one I dropped off and the new one that I’m paying for. Currently on the phone with tech support to get my paid service back up. This has been an absolutely terrible experience.

The store is inside a small shopping mall, not on the main street. You have to go up the stairs and it’ll be to your right. The service in person is great but the service via phone number or the xfinity app is CRAZY BAD. They’ll be super quick to sign you up and charge you for their “service” but that’s were it ends. Spent an entire hour trying to set up my new router. ??

Horrible experience every time I need to contact them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I spent hours of my week on calls and with the live chat to get absolutely nothing resolved and it was all due to a mistake on their end. So upsetting.
