I've been sitting here for over an hour to pick up my modem. They are spending hours with people to sell new services but will not support existing customers. All I need is to get a working modem and it's infuriating. If you have a chance to have another provider, go with them. Awful service.

I would like to recognize Thomas as an exceptional customer service representative. I went to Xfinity with my mom yesterday because she needs to transfer her mobile service from Lyca Mobile to Xfinity because Lyca does not have esim for my mom’s new iPhone. Xfinity representative Thomas explained everything clearly, assisted us to choose a plan benefits us the most, helped us to get in touch with Lyca Mobile customer service (it struggles us to contact with Lyca by ourselves but he nailed it) to get the account info we need, and got my mom’s Xfinity account set up. Excellent Xfinity representative and great experience with Xfinity!

Horrible experience. Brought in a bad cable box and was told that the one it was being replaced with was better. Got it home and the box did not accommodate 4k so called Comcast/Xfinity and was told the correct box was ordered and we could pick it up at the 20th Avenue the following Saturday. So on Saturday we drove to the xfinity location we were told to go to and were greeted by an argumentative manager that treated us like idiots and told that they do not get shipments there and repeated over and over to us that is not their policy. Finally she agreed to review our account and saw that a box was ordered to be delivered to our home address but was not shipped yet. We are not be able to receive the shipment at our home so then asked if it could be changed to a business address and were told they are not able to do that. We pay over $200 per month for Comcast at least treat your customers with some dignity. Its. As enough that we were misinformed by customer service. Finally the nasty manager found "a" 4k box for us at another location and put herself out by reserving it for us but we have to drive1/2 hour away to get it. Hope it's there. Oh and for our loss of full service, triple visits to the xfinity stores and rude treatment she gave us a whopping $25 credit.

My best experience at a mobile service store. I would like to recognize Thomas as an exceptional customer service representative. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Xfinity is lucky to have him as an employee. I went to the store with my mom today because she needs to transfer her mobile service from Lyca Mobile to Xfinity. Thomas went through each plan with us, explained features and helped us choose the one benefits us the most. He also patiently helped us to get in touch with Lyca Mobile customer service and get my mom's Xfinity account set up.

Store manager Anthony and agent Joseph have been so helpful. I have been in the store twice in one week for unrelated issues that the phone support could not fix. Anthony and Joseph really listened to me, believed me, and sorted out both account issues, billing issues, and tech issues that we could not get done on the phone. They are also calm, patient and professional in demeanor.Thank you!!!

Showed up to this store after months of online B.S. phone tag with xfinity. Finally got to talk to a rep in person and she brushed me off almost immediately for 'other customers who are waiting.' Not sure if she knew but I, too, am a customer.After supplying all the possible information about my account, she wanted absolutely nothing to do with helping my situation.Come on down to xfinity at Stonestown if you want to feel unimportant, unappreciated as a customer, and like you're wasting the employees' time. Thanks, I hated it!

Extreme poor customer service. Once you sign up for a service and they have taken your money, they just don’t care! Not the fault of the employees but rather the greed of the cheap Mgmt making more margins rather than hiring more staff to serve the customers. As if our time as customers had no value!!!!

Don't waste your time here, these idiots are worst than the government! I waited an hour and I ended up leaving. These people are the most inefficient lazy a$$ workers I have ever seen in my life, and I've managed a lot of people. Pretending to be working and taking their sweet time at everything they do, while they stand around chat it up with the other idiot workers pretending to be working. All I needed to do was return a freaking internet box and they no one could help me, cause they don't know what the f they're doing. If they have a manager he/she is another idiot.

I came here with my 3-year old and 6-year old to simply drop off my old modem equipment. I told this to one of the customer service representative, but they would not let me drop it off. They took my name down and made us wait in the queue until a customer service rep was available. After 20 minutes, I had still not been seen, but some other people came in who were also trying to drop off equipment and they were able to get one of the employees to quickly take the equipment. When this happened. I said, "I am here for the exact same reason" and I gave them my equipment and left. This store needs to make it easier for people who are just dropping off equipment so we can drop it off and get out of there. The queue should be for the people who are going to spend 30 plus minutes talking to a representative, not for people who are simply dropping off equipment.

4/4/23: The wait was long. The worker I had was excellent ?. I signed back up for cable TV ?, because he was a great informed employee that was very helpful.

Manager and the associates are great. They immediately attend to you when you walk in. Manager has wonderful service, efficient, and super knowledgeable in what he does. Would def choose this store if I ever need assistance!

Came here to try and drop off old equipment. All the sales reps were busy helping other customers. The assistant store manager was the only one without a customer, and he refused to help me saying it wasn't his job. Terrible attitude, terrible service.

I recently switched my mobile services to Xfinity, I had been having issues with my SIM card getting lost in the mail. I went into this location a bit upset but Eric made the whole process easy and comforting. He was clear and honest about the services. Very helpful associate, he issued a new sim, explained my other services plan and triple checked everything was fine before me walking out. Very thankful.
