What a nice group of people working at this store. Goo Jimenez helped us set up a new phone and was really patient and upbeat the whole time. Coming to stores like this can be a bit of a process and timing could require pacience. Yet, we are very appreciative of all the help they gave to us.

I’m not a fan of Comcast, but Joseph Puccio really took the time to figure out what was wrong with my account. He escalated the issue and got me a case number. Im grateful for his true customer service

Sam was very professional, approachable and helpful. He wrote everything out for me that it was easy for me to compare plans clearly. Way better than dealing with things online which was way confusing.
