I love wootbear, theyre always out of stock of sonnys everytime I go which I know is soo common because of how popular they are?! However, they always are late to open up the store everytime I have went also :( ! The employees are so sweet though & help when I ask

Cute oddity shop in the heart SF embracing both the oriental and hippie culture of the city. Everyone here is so knowledgeable about their products and super friendly too !

Blind box heaven!! On a little sonny angel shopping hunting day, and found out about this place from a friend. You cant not be happy here :) so much selection to choose from and reasonable prices compared to most places. The variety and options are also endless! Parking is street parking since the whole street is a line of shops, so just be aware of that! The works are also very sweet here so pls be nice :)) 10/10

The store says it opens at 12PM online but when you get there, there's another sign saying they will be back at 1PM.... They opened at 1:30PM. Maybe come here on a weekend instead. I went here on a weekday and saw at least 5 other groups who waited and gave up. I tried calling but it led to voicemail. The store is pretty small and has updates on sonny angels. A good wide variation of blind boxes. I would come back but only after 2PM!

I was so happy to visit Woot Bear while in town. Parking and getting into the store was actually quite horrendous on the weekend. It's great folks want to stop in, but at least buy something instead of stand catatonic in this small store and block other folks from shopping. I came back on a weekday and it was much more manageable. I love that they carry the PopMart items you can only get overseas. They also had Ngaew Ngaew which is also extremely hard to get. It may be a small store, but they pack a lot in here and there is something for everyone.

Wootbear is amazing, or it was. Unfortunately the times ive been here they dont open at exactly 12 they open a little late. THERES ALSO A NEW LIMIT ON SONNY ANGELS, 2 PER CUSTOMER FRIENDS!! I adore this store but the selection of sonnys is super small now but check there IG for restocks or website❤️!

As a San Francisco native who returns to her hometown very rarely I was super excited to spend some of my limited time during a recent visit at Woot Bear - I used to frequent Kid Robot and Giant Robot back in the day and was eager for the nostalgia. They post they open at 12 - we arrived at 12:45 to a sign showing they would be back at 1PM. We stood and waited and waited and waited - others came and waited and left - finally we left. As the clock approached 1:30 I was done waiting. Super bummed as the windows gave a view of very promising purchases.

I always have good experience going to the store ,but this weekend was a little bit different. The people that were attending the store were not polite.I did not receive a greeting when I came in .Even though I was waiting for the store to be open.Besides one of the girls was on a latter, putting things down that almost hit my wife. I was very dessapointed. Other than that, I am very happy with the products.

I love this store and the products they bring , but the service is horrible...When I went everything I picked up or touched the lady would just overlook and "put it back in place" I understand shop lifting is a big struggle in most small businesses but I spent a good amount of money at this store to just be overlooked, compared to the other customers who were inside the store.

I never been to this store in person but, I did pre-order something from their website. The pre-order was supposed to ship in June but was moved to July which was annoying but, I understood because it’s not the companies fault. I decided to call and just ask for a refund but, the girl told me they should be getting them this week so I told her I would wait another week. A week past and there was no shipping update so I called to just get my purchase refunded. There was a rude girl that picked up the phone this time and her attitude was awful. I’m assuming the phone was handed to another lady to assist me she told me she doesn’t know when they will be receiving my pre order and she told me in the future there is no refunds but they will refund me this time.Days later I didn’t receive a refund. I called once again and the girl told me that they will refund me. So apparently the lady never refunded me in the first place.

This place is so cute! they had so many figurines and etc to choose from, and most importantly, they had what i wanted!! love it here!(also theyre located on haight so there's a lot of stuff to do nearby like thrifting, restaurants, more, jewelry shopping, shopping, more)
