Had Windstream Kinetic internet and phone for 1 year. Average internet speed was about 9 mbps down to 2 mbps which made streaming impossible and phone had a crackle in it making conversations difficult. After cancelling service, they had the nerve to charge us for an extra month because "we went 1 day into the next billing cycle and we don't amortize", and at a higher price. Skip these guys if you can.

I got off the phone with them about my speed being under half of what I pay for and after about ten minutes my speed was back down to one third to one eighth of what my speed is supposed to be. Not recommended unless it is your only option.

Neil Sigua set me up in about a half hour and the internet runs great. My speeds go from 200 mbps to 300 mbps down to about 80 mbps up, which was roughly what I was getting with Comcast for twice the price.

JUST DON'T. Seriously. Nothing but issues since I began service 5 months ago.I need to say that this is my first non 5 star review ever on google and I review places quite often. I don't feel good about it leaving a 1 star review, but, I'm actually hoping you can avoid what I've dealt with, or, that Windstream will get their internet service together. I had windstream for over 10 years and every single month it stopped working and I had to call them and now I called him then when I hung up my Internet stopped working and the office Were closed and they tried to lie to me so I called them out and they acted like they didn't lie so windstream is bad service
