Actually nice selection of formal dresses for a very good price BUT horrible service ruins this place. Staff is rude, unhelpful and not attentive to customers. What a shame!

This clothing & accessories store appeals to younger customers. We stopped by here so the kiddo could look at their jewelry options for prom. They have a small selection of "bling" that could be appropriate for any party event. We visited on 2 different days. She picked up a hair accessory one day, and a necklace/earring set on the 2nd visit. Both times we were told that these were "final sale" (no returns). Keep this in mind when shopping here.

I ordered stuff online yet when I went in to the store to return or exchange, they told me they couldn’t return or exchange anything their system was down and it was a “known issue” they re directed me to their customer service so they can send me a ship label, they also didn’t had any shoe sizes apparently.I wanted to thank the lady that was helping out for at least trying but they wouldn’t even want to give a name?Weirdest customer experience and just because i asked the name of the employee since she told me I could also called the next day so i have a reference. the store manager came in to the conversation and did not acknowledge anything and repeated the customer service phone number steps.I spent about $500 and it is a shame the way i got treated. I don’t think I will shop in here again. I wasn’t rude but either way they should have other protocols if the system is down for online returns, all they did was just attempt to log in in a tablet.They didn’t even check on their actual system/computer. Yet other people in store are able to still purchase and return normally.I wanted to comply with their return policy and this will extend it to potentially not even being able to return the items.A return shouldn’t be this hard.

If I can give 0 star I will. This old lady manager is so rude. Following us the whole time thinking we will steal something. I will never come back to this place again! Cheap material and bad customer service.

My mom and I was shopping at this store, the older front desk cashier lady was being very rude to my mom. She made fun of my mom when my mom was politely asking for a fitting room to try the pants on. She made a funny face and made fun of my mom's English and accents. So disrespectful! How could somebody like this still be working at a customer service type store?? Never going back to the same store until this lady gets fired.

July 12, 2022 UPDATE: After calling customer service again this morning to really verify that I couldn't return, they checked the exact model number of the dress I purchased and confirmed my thought and what I was originally told: that I *could* return that dress. Lucky for me, today was the very last day I could return, so I had to drive all the way back to the store during my work hours and return it to get my money back. I informed the sales associate working there that the other people working there should be better informed on their return policy and not just dismiss any item (they didn't even really look at the dress). They were incorrect in saying ALL dresses could not be returned - it is only "special occasion" dresses that are final sale. I felt like I wasted a bunch of time going back and forth yesterday and today, but at least the lady helping me return today (who was the same person who helped me purchase in the first place) was nice and prompt about my return, as well as customer service on the phone. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 - would hope that they can improve on all their employees better knowing their policies.---July 11, 2022: Worst most deceiving place ever. I went there to look at multiple dress options for an upcoming trip and they told me I could return them if I changed my mind. I returned within the 14-day period and they informed me the dress I purchased could not be returned because “dresses are final sale”. So why did no one tell me this and instead told me I COULD return them if I changed my mind as long as it was within 14 days? They were too concerned with making their number and deceiving me to do so. Don’t even bother coming here, they’ll just swindle you and pretend they never did while laughing with your money.

The older woman that works here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This location does not inform you that ALL dresses are final sale and will not allow for returns. They lied that it is informed during purchase when i guarantee it was not. The younger employees are kind but due to the older employee i will never return to this location.

I've gone to this store a few times and there's this one older lady who is always in the front of the store and looks me up and down each time as if I were stealing.. One time I went in with a bag and she looked at my bag going in and out of the store.. Also don't bother returning online purchases. They always have an excuse not to take it even though the website gives you the option to return in store.

Bad experience, I went for exchange after 3 days and they said final sale items and we can't exchange , I didn't see anything in my receipt about final sale and just I confirmed with sales person before purchase to exchange or store credit, I talked to manager she was so rude and very poor customer service , I never back again to this store ,
