Omg same experience with my dog- some store lady basically followed me and my dog throughout our stay constantly telling us not to let dog sniff anything! Can you stop breathing lady?!The claustrophobic store had so many people approaching my dog to compliment and when my dog barked/ talked to say THANKS to them, the lady asked me to get out of the store!!DO NOT call yourself a dog friendly store.. PERIOD!!

Good store but ‘NOT SO DOG FRIENDLY’ as they claim that they are! They said they accept dogs who do not bark!Well, then as Humans, they should NOT be allowed to ‘TALK’- I wonder what makes them dog friendly?!

I had to contact William-Sonoma about my delivery date. The first agent couldn't care less about my problem. I called and spoke with Stephanie Valentine She quickly became my hero. Stephanie did her job with excellence and professionalism and turned my William Sonoma review from a 1 star to 5. Perfect customer service! Stephanie listened to my problem, repeated it back to me and then resolved it. THANKS STEPHANIE! It's because of you I do not have to return my furniture.

Note: This is about two karens in front of the store, if they are not employees here, disregard this review.I was walking along Post to my job and saw an employee removing the Thanksgiving decals from the window. I stopped to ask why so early since Thanksgiving has yet to arrive, and as she and I were conversing. Two karens nearby with nothing better to do start making uncalled comments to me, I paid them no mind, but if they are employees here, that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to verbally attack a potential customer! I would not shop here if that were the case!Again, if they are not employees of this establishment, please ignore this review. If those karens are reading this; mind your own damn business and get a hobby!

This is a beautiful big store with all the kitchen things you could need and very helpful and well informed retail staff. Sometimes it’s hard to shop for something online without seeing it in person. Sadly, this store is supposed to close at the end of the year. I hope they will open another store in San Francisco (or even Daly City or Stonestown).

Horrible experience , My daughter living away from me , I tried to surprise her by ordering a cake from this place to surprise her for her birthday , a week prior to her birthday is when I ordered and I got a confirmation it would arrive on the day of her birthday , On the day of my daughters birthday I get the news that it hasn’t arrived in which I call them all the way from dubai where they were absolutely no help and told me there was still 8 hours for the day and I have to wait till the last minute at the end of the day to actually say it hasn’t arrive , I had to stay on a call for almost 80 minutes trying to figure out how I could fix this with them but they seemed to be hung on just the money ..? On a special day of my daughters 21st , I gave them a great deal of trust on reaching a cake , just a cake in which I paid for but wasn’t reached..? After being on the line for so long with them giving nothing but endless excuses and I finally asked to reach out to the ceo so I asked for her email which the employee didn’t have , so I was told to wait a few minutes in which resulted in them just hanging up on me , not only did I have to face a great difficulty for what I ordered but I also faced a horrible experience of customer service … I want to reach out to the ceo immediately .. I would like to get the contact of the ceo or I will make this a bigger issue … thank you so much for ruining this special day ? Will make this a way bigger deal … Wait and watch I will make this way way bigger … take that as my word!

Terrible customer service, 7 months to get a wedding gift cookware set after numerous delays, and then refusing to credit 1 of the 8 pieces back because order was 7 months old!Awful service. Reporting to BBBOh, and when you call to speak with someone they refuse to give a name or identifier, as well as refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor.

Shopping at this location exemplifies the kind of helpful, supportive, pleasant experience that one can never get shopping on line! I had come in 30 minutes before closing and the lady helping me (she's worked there for over 25 yrs) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable helping me assess different options for an every day pan. Just the most professional and pleasant shopping experience i have had in a long time -- all done super efficiently and with zero pressure. Actually everyone I interacted with in my short time at the store were really helpful and kind -- you could just tell the store is well run and everyone was happy to be working there. I am so glad to have this location in SF and will certainly stop in instead of clicking around online next time I need cookware/housewares!
