Apolo takes such great care of our dog Kermie, and we trust him completely with our pet. She always comes home happy and tuckered out after a fun day at the park. Communication with Apolo is excellent, and he will even share stories and pictures about what Kermie is up to on their walks. 100% recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about this Who Let The Dogs Out! From the moment I contacted them, I knew my pup would be in good hands. The level of professionalism and care demonstrated by the team exceeded my expectations. It's evident in how Apolo interacts with my dog - genuine affection and attention to detail. I appreciate the personalized service; he took the time to understand my dog's needs and quirks, and now Sherlock is one of the pack. I love that Sherlock gets to go to the beach and different dog parks throughout the week. He always comes back happy and ready for a nap, which goes a long way in making my day run smoothly. Look no further if you're looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dog-walking service. This team goes above and beyond to ensure both pets and their owners are happy. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch care for their furry family members!

We were first time dog owners when we started looking for a dog walking service we could trust and that we knew would take care of our newest family member. Lauren and the WLTDO team have consistently exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to care for our dog and for our family. They're reliable, flexible, and responsive. Their team helped us learn the ropes of raising a puppy into a healthy and happy dog. I highly recommend WLTDO for anyone looking for a great dog walking and/or training service!

We love WLTDO and so does our puppy Bella. She gets so excited when that red van pulls up. Lauren truly cares for our dog and is a wonderful a resource on all things dog related. She is prompt to respond to any questions we may have. Bella loves her pack and enjoys time with her friends. It's really helped with socializing our dog as well. We have also used WLTDO for boarding and trust them with our pup.

WLTDO is great. Our dog Mishka is always happy and pooped when she gets home, and she loves her group mates! The owner, Lauren, is wonderful. Always picks up and drops off on time. The best!

I absolutely loved the service and care that Lauren and her amazing team provided. My mini Aussie needed more socialization and time with other dogs, and Who Let the Dogs Out provided a wonderful experience for both our puppy and me. Pick up and drop off was always so smooth, and Lauren was very accommodating, in the beginning, to ensure that my pup had the best onboarding experience. I highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for a highly professional dog walking service.

HUGE shoutout to the fabulous Who Let the Dogs Out dog walker this afternoon! Wowza! THANK YOU!! Around 12PM in Cow Hollow, on Vallejo Street (between Buchanan and Laguna), this wonderful dog walker was picking up a dog when she noticed me trying to catch what appeared to be a lost dog (wandering the street and crossing without regard)... Once she picked up her dog for their exciting outing AND without being asked, she kindly stopped her day to assist me... OMG! And even requested the assistance of the doggie parent she had just picked up! Whatever it took... you could tell, she cared... It turned out that the dog was not lost... belonged to some construction guys on the block... Hmmm... well, that's probably another posting somewhere else... I've had multiple dog walkers in my life... and have a fabulous dog trainer/walker now... I was so impressed with this very caring dog walker! In my opinion, she went above and beyond... dog walking to her appeared to be caring for all dogs... not just those under her fabulous care! I'm very grateful for her assistance today... *APPLAUSE*

Highly recommend Lauren and her dog walking team! They take amazing care of my King Charles Cavalier, Frankie. He runs to the door when Apollo arrives. And Frankie is out for almost two hours a day. A true gift. Lauren and her team are punctual, kind, considerate and like family. Five stars all around.

Find a someone who looks at you the way Hiccup looks at Rob. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire team at WLTDO including Lauren and the fabulous Rob! Hiccup absolutely loses his mind every time he hears Rob at the door. He comes home completely zonked after every walk with his pack - sleepy pup, happy pup! I appreciated Lauren's immediate response and that she came out to meet us at home. She found the best pack to fit Hiccup's energy and our schedule. I feel so lucky to have found Lauren and Rob after researching so many dog walking groups in the city. The only reason we have to say goodbye is because we are moving. Hiccup will miss his pack so much. If you made it this far, then pull the trigger and call Lauren today!

1:45pm-Tuesday December 21st., 2021: I was driving on Marina Blvd. in San Francisco, as I came to the Broderick stop sign heading East. A car at Broderick heading North proceeded through the intersection. I proceeded and was cutoff mid intersection by a Red Van with The Who Let the Dogs out logo. The driver appeared to be under the influence. The van blew though the stop without slowing. Who Let the Dogs Out is in the business of caring for and protecting dogs. This white male with a knit beanie endangered me and my dogs: Freckles, Jocko and Pippin as well as any dogs that were in the van he was recklessly driving. I would not allow reckless drivers in questionable condition to care for my dogs and neither should you.

I've known Lauren and the Who Let the Dogs Out gang for nearly 20 years and have been training dogs in the Bay Area myself for 30. Over those years I've sent dozens of people to Who Let the Dogs Out because over all that time I've had ample opportunity to see how Lauren and her team run their business - first rate is how they run it. They offer a great service at a reasonable cost and have an extremely professional team to make sure your dog is having a great time. I continually recommend Who Let the Dogs Out to all my clients in the area they serve. They're great. Give them a try.

I've thought about writing a review for the last 13 years but hadn't done it because in my heart I truly don't like to hurt businesses. However, every time I see the red van drive by I become agitated and remember what happened to my dog with her one and only experience. Hopefully, since then the ownership or practices have changed. 13 years ago I got very excited about this company taking my dog out and I purchased a special little car seat so that she wouldn't be rolling around in the back of the van with all the other dogs. I explained what I wanted to the driver and he told me that it was not possible because there was too much pee and p*** in the back of the van (what?). I explained that she's pretty small and fear submissive to larger dogs. He told me that he would put her in the front seat and I watched him do so. Within 5 minutes he had pulled off the road and taken a picture of her in the back of the van with the much larger dogs texted it to me. He was exclaiming that she was having a great time. When I got her back her mood had definitely changed. She ended up getting kennel cough that night and had to be taken to the hospital in the morning. I explained that she would need to take the week off due to the illness and the owner told me that she was going to charge me since I had made a commitment. Fortunately, I hadn't paid her yet so there is that. What happened after the kennel cough (and luckily she survived it) was that her personality change and she became fear aggressive. I've been dealing with this aggression for over a decade and I attribute it to that one experience in the van. Obviously, I wasn't there so I can't be sure but it seems likely that she was scared out of her mind which caused her illness and behavior change. I have not used them since and have never recommended them.

Our dog loves WLTDO and his wonderful friend Thomas. Working with WLTDO helped socialize our puppy and turned him into the most lovable dog. Thank you Lauren and Thomas for always taking care of our dog and showing him the best time.

We and our fur babies are really grateful to have Lauren and her wonderful walker Thomas. Thomas truly takes good care of his dogs and is also a very good communicator with pick up and drop off notifications. Everyday is a blast with Thomas. We also trust Lauren when it comes to boarding our dogs when needed, they are spoiled and well taken care of. Thanks WLTDO!
