Had a worst experience here, they cheat people very easily at the store, highly recommend not to visit this place. I picked up a wallet with no price tag on it but the only other of the same model had a price on it. When reached to the billing counter, they took the wallet and went to check the price for this from the other available similar models and to my surprise they charged 2$ extra than what I saw on the wallet with price tag. When I went to pick the other wallet than I initially saw with the price tag, also had no price tag now. Clearly the person who went to check the price removed the price tag and charged 2$ extra at the billing counter..Such a clear and visible scandal. Never visiting this store again. Wish I could do something more than this.

terribly racist staff/ownership. my friend and i (both minorities) walked in to pick up sweaters after dinner at boudin across the street. Immediately upon entering an asian gentleman is there breathing down our backs as we look at the options, no hello no greeting just watching us. we are just chatting paying it no mind when we noticed an asian woman employee short hair pretending to fold an item and follow us around the store with the item in hand. the white customers did not have this pressure applied to them and this provided an unpleasant, unwelcoming, and unsafe environment for us. we were actually discussing making this store our one-stop shop for our familys’ souvenirs for the trip but will NOT be returning after such an intimidating experience. we were treated like criminals when we are just tourists that happen to not be white ! AVOID AVOID, do not give this place your money

One of the bigger places to get souvenirs and candy by the pound. Crazy expensive, of course.

I live in san francisco and frequently come to this store for little souvenirs for family and friends! I have been here many times and had great experiences. However, yesterday I went into the store ALONE and was constantly being watched and followed by an older later in a creme sweater, brown straight hair, and black rimmed glasses. She approached me multiple time and it just made me uncomfortable and I didn't even want to shop anymore. I understand I was alone, but they need to have a better way of approaching customers. I work in retail and have been for over three years and the way she made me feel like I was going to steal was unsettling.

The standard tourist shop, but they have a great selection of t-shirts and sweatshirts. It's pretty big.

Was just kicked out 15 minutes before closing time. I wanted a quick souvenir gift and wasn't able to choose quickly. I called and person who picked up stated they closed at 10pm, and it was 945pm by the time I called. The person at the door didn't allow me to shop quickly. Worst service. Don't come here

On Saturday evening my boyfriend stopped in with me to help me try on some shoes since unfortunately the ones I had on from a previous store were painfully tight. Looking at their selection they had a lot beach shoes for woman, but it would be nice to see a larger section for men's shoes. Especially since their shoes run on the smaller side in my opinion. I did manage to find a very comfortable pair of Roxy slide sandals that fit me perfectly and were very comfortable walking around SF in!I would recommend this souvenir/beach shop and could see myself returning when in need of something specific, our cashier was friendly and it's conveniently located in the Fisherman's Wharf!
