Their website says "24 hour immediate pickup", but they told me they are closed and call back tomorrow morning when I called them at 6:30pm to request delivery.

Staff is extremely friendly and responsive. 100% customer service driven which is a dying art. I love that they will accommodate my needs as it relates to my pick up times or if I can’t retrieve all of my items in one trip.

Jennifer at Western Messenger has gone so far above and beyond for me so many times, this review is way overdue. I've needed things delivered to and from some pretty unusual places, and needed some urgent emergency-level deliveries done with no notice and it gives me so much more power in my legal practice to know that Western is a phone call away and is standing by to kick @$$ and make it happen for me. And their prices are very reasonable. Western comes with my high endorsement and I am a regular, grateful, and happy customer of theirs.
