DON'T go to this branch on Noriega and 32nd, the branch manager, her name is J. Asian lady, she is so rude and attitudes, I need to reactivate my online banking, customer service gave me a claim number that needs a Wells Fargo staff to call in to confirm it is me, the lady manager said, one of the teller can help, I said ok I'll wait for him, minutes later the lady manager asked if I have Wells Fargo apps, I said "no I don't have" then she said she can't help me, she also said she doesn't have enough staff right now to assist me, I need to go home and make an appointment online, I said I am here already, I can give her the day and time, she said she doesn't take appointments and she walked away, what's the point having a branch open with no staff to help, the manager insisted that I download a WF app, I told her I don't want to download on my phone, I want to do banking business on my desktop, then she said she can't help me, this branch manager needs a customer service retrained, I don't how to get a hold of her supervisor, if anyone have information, can you share.

Went in at 12:35. Teller on lunch, told to come back after 1:15.Went in at 3:11, 8 people in line, one teller. Five people behind me, and a banker starts telling people "No one else in line, teller needs their 15 minute break".Now tellers deserve lunch and 15 minute breaks, I'm not blaming the teller. But why was there only one teller? If you're going to close a place for lunch, please put that on the website and the front door like Walgreens does for pharmacy.

Poor customer service.. walked in to renew my CD BUT was told they have no time since the staff is the only here. Unless there is an appointment, he CAN NOT help me. all he had to do is to advised we could visit anter WF branch is only 0.8 miles away- he could have called the branch for us. NO- he is to provide us with a MINIMUM service. It’s POOR!

The bank manager is extremely rude and arrogant.Avoiding this bank if you don't speak Cantonese. Staff there are be nicer and helpful if you are Cantonese speaker.

I’ve been a member of WellsFargo since 2017, and I came into this location today because I realized I lost my debit card and was hoping to get a temporary card issued or to at least use their ATM. The man behind the counter was very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. He informed me that they no longer issue temporary debit cards, and while “I could” see a banker to help me replace my card, he very strongly urged me to “just do it myself on the app.” I then asked him to point me in the direction of the ATMs and he didn’t say a word, just kept literally pointing towards them. So, if you come here expecting to be treated with any basic sense of decency let alone kindness or respect, this place is not it. There is no customer service.

I'll never come back to this location. I needed to make a fairly large deposit so I did not feel comfortable using an ATM. A banker welcomed me and asked what I needed, I let him know, and he was kind and polite. But the teller was so rude and short with me, made me feel like an inconvenience in their bank. No "hello", "good morning", or "thank you, have a nice day". There were no other customers when I came in, I don't understand why I needed to be rushed with my transaction. But as soon as another Asian woman came in as I was leaving, the same teller greeted her. I always hesitate to come to locations that are primarily Asian and I hate that I have to do that because I look Latina, so I often feel discriminated and that's what I felt today. Terrible, Wells Fargo. Do better with your employees.

I wish I could give this bank a 0. The manager was insanely rude. We went to the normal bank line to get cash and I got directed to the manager because they said I may have a promotion. When I walked up to the manager, I told her I was sent to be helped here, she responded saying "And?" Wells Fargo needs to evaluate their costumer service, especially when this was a manager.

I wanted to visit the branch to get my credit card transaction history. I need the time the transaction was made because I can't view it on my end. I called the branch before heading there to make sure it's something they can assist with. The lady that picked up the phone was really rude and extremely unhelpful. She straight up just said she can't do it without trying to really understand what I need or try to help with the situation. I know it can be done because my friend was a Service Manager there for a short time and was able to do the task for another customer. I told her step by step what to do and what system to use and she just said they system updates all the time and didn't even bother to try it. I've worked in customer service before and this is no way to treat a customer.

This branch is a good one. Clerks are always polite and helpful. The space is not very big but does not feel cramped either.
