I am very disappointed to learn that Wells-Fargo, without any warning, decided to shutter one their very few San Francisco branches offering ample free parking. It's also a slap in the face to the neighborhood.

This branch is temporarily closed without explanation or when they will reopen!Update: Finally got a hold of someone, and apparently the reason is because of staffing issues and they plan to reopen toward the end of December. Changing from 1 star to 3 since they got back to me. However. I still think they should have put an explanation on their sign and be a little more transparent.

I was there last month for an account and Saleem Ashan, the banker there, was great. He squeezed me in his schedule during his lunch time to help me out so I didn't have to go back again another time. Great customer service.

Be aware! I have been using Wells Fargo since I arrived to the US. But I periodically noticed they charge me a money from my account. For example , couple months ago I was at this branch I explained to a banker that my account limits has to be changed to lover plan because I used my money. He was asking me questions not related to my visit acting with neglect. I called online service with same question, however they didn't do anything but they are charging money from my account continuously. So the workers irresponsible actions might cost you money!

This place deserves 0 stars not because Wells Fargo itself is not bad but the employees there are irresponsible and displays a hostile workplace environment. Went into Wells-Fargo to deposit a check and I hear unpleasant conversations among the employees and one of them being the manager (prob new) and it sounds like they were just trash talking a newbie employee. I would mind my own business but the fact that it wasn't even a quiet conversation and that it has reached my ears really just displays incompetence and professionalism in there. And keep in mind I was not the only customer in there, there were other people who are hearing the same things I'm hearing. I feel bad for the employees who are targeted by this kind of childish bullying at this bank. Always been a loyal Wells Fargo customer but this place makes me uncomfortable.

My wife and I dropped in here and was ignored for 10 minutes or so. We left and went to another Wells Fargo nearby and was greeted immediately.

Horrible service! Service has definitely gone down since new manager. I was at the branch this morning there's two bankers available, they both said they have appointment 20 minutes later, so couldn't help me. They don't answer their phone, delays in replying emails. I would go to another bank. Wells Fargo service has gone down so much, not worth it.

I needed to add my wife to my checking and savings account and have the bank send her a debit card to use. Saleem Ahsan helped us with all that and provided great service while doing so. This bank is convenient with plenty of parking and great service all around
