Very bad customer support. I was waiting there for a long time to see a banker while they had bankers walking around and not working on any cases.

Was there on Saturday morning. Was the first in the line waiting so the branch could open.
I was definitely far away from the door and onether coustemer can confirm. The menager angry,upset,bored,rude just came to me in the most disrespectful way and told me to move back bc of the bank policy and bla bla bla.
And bc i didn't agree with his way to talk to me yelling (explaining,this is not the tone to use)he even told me to go to another branch.
A big noooo. You don't talk like that to the coustomers and absolutely to anyone.
Shame of you!!!

All these guys can do is sit there and space out at their desks.. I hear the manager walking around worrying about who is going on break, no real urgency on helping customers... guess I should walk across the street to Chase

They don't answer their phones no matter what time you call. If I was the district manager, I would counsel everyone working here. How can you expect to do business if you don't pick up the phone.

Really excellent people, especially because there are many bilingual people, like Lidia, very nice, attentive, responsible, she gave us all the options, she stayed longer than the time because it was Saturday, anyway, I have visited this branch 5 times and always They have treated me very well

Fredelice spent over an hour with me helping to clear up a few items on my accounts. I really appreciated her patience and how she advocated for me with the customer service line. I also witnessed another banker named Victor be extremely helpful with a different customer. Thank you!

They take ridiculously long to help you! The lane is out the door and there is only one teller and two others not helping us customers! This is not a good location.

This branch does not answer the phone. They are otherwise pleasant and good I imagine for every day home banking, for a business however they are not as responsive as you need. It does not help that anytime you get someone good here they get moved to a higher traffic location as has happened to me a number of times now. Trying again on the phone...nope, still not answering.

**UPDATE: So I just downgraded to 1 star because I got an e-mail from Wells Fargo letting me know they were acknowledging my bad review regarding the GEARY AND ARGUELLO LOCATION!!! And I'm like like what are you talking about??? It's the WEST PORTAL, San Francisco location, wow. Clueless. No wonder they can't fix anything, they can't even get the location correct.Terrible service, always long long long lines on Saturdays with one teller available and 3 more hiding in the back. Why are you even present if you don't want to help customers? Even on weekdays this place cannot accommodate the customer load. They closed the stonestown location so I'm sure it'll be even worse now with no end in sight. There's one banker that always tries to help customers expedite. He's the one good person there and really nice. No thank you to everyone else. I'll pass!

Surprised by all the negative reviews! I have seldom had a bad experience here. Unlike BofA, their customer service shines. Line is never very long, and moves quickly.

I Like to come to this Bank every weekend to cash my pay checks because Is no so crowded, but Every-time I come I try to be attended for any of the men because there is one teller name Daniela and she doesn't have a name tag on it, I had to ask her name ! buy I had around 3 bad experiences with her, she gave me a bad treat! That is why ! I give this bank branch only two Starts! No more this lady need to be more friendly to costumes and Polite.
