I discovered a fraud hold had been placed on my account by checks bouncing. I walked into this branch and a young unfriendly woman said they no longer accept walk in you need to book a banker they are a month and a half out. Meanwhile their security guard moved in ready to throw me out

Absolute garbage. I withdrew money from the ATM, and the bills had marks on them and holes in them. When I went in to ask for cleaner bills (necessary for travel), they refused. Absolutely worthless bank.

Absolute garbage. They gave me banknotes that were ripped and marked up, and when I asked for cleaner ones (which I need for traveling), they refunded. Complete worthless bank.

Had an issue with checking account. Drove to this location but they said they didn't have people to help. Workers just standing around chatting with each other. Terrible

I just moved here from Canada for work and don't have an SSN or driver's license yet and I went to like 4 different banks and each had different issues with being able to set me up an account. I came here and Ivy helped me right away to set up exactly what I needed and verified my enrollment in online banking was working correctly so that my work is able to pay me. Thanks!

This has bin my bank for the last 2 1/2 years. Now with C19 lines are crazy all over. So I know business are doing everything they can. I did sit on the sidewalk cured agin today! Not what I'm custom to. But with my work industry injuries I got over the past 5 years. I have to sit a lot. Not fun at all but it's one of my new normals. So I'm still giving my bank 5 stars workers are pleasant. And cheerfully and up beat. I always try to smile even if you can't see it on my face with a mask now. Pass on the good vibes everyone.

My review is not for this specific branch, but for Wells Fargo in general. Run don't walk as far from Wells Fargo as you humanly can. They are the worst! My first experience with them was back in 1981 when I first moved back to SF to go to college. I opened a checking and savings account with them-they charged $0.25 for each ATM use and check written plus a hefty monthly service charge. Within a year, I left them for a savings and loan that didn't charge for every single transaction. Then comes 2006-2007-I had been with World Savings for a couple of decades when they faltered and were swallowed up by Wachovia-all good and fine. Wachovia was pretty fair and kept most of the same fees, perks, etc. Then comes 2008 and Wells Fargo swallows up Wachovia. I thought, well, rather than go through the drudgery of moving all my accounts, let's see how they are now 20+ years later. Aaack! I should have closed all my accounts and run! Within two months of being with them, someone supposedly tried to cash a check to my account for $3000.00-the details that they gave me were so sketchy that it made me think that it was an inside job. They were also oddly offensive, as though I were involved in the fraud. They offered to change all my account numbers, but I had them write me out a cashier's check and I moved my money to a local savings and loan. Flash forward to 2019-there were two accounts that were not feasible to move: my money market account and a small mortgage. I received a letter saying that if I didn't contact them to verify the money market account that the funds would be turned over to the state. I called and called and called and could never get through. Finally I went to the branch where I had banked-they were very nice, but they too had to go through the 800#. OMG!Long story short, I claimed the account and then soon after closed it and got my money out. This year I needed a copy of the 1099-Div form and got the same run around as before. "Can you give us the date of the last transaction?" Yes, 2019 when I closed the account-I just want to pay my taxes! I told the lady at the call center-"I don't blame you, but this is why I closed the account, your service is just the worst!" Thank god, I don't have much left to pay on the mortgage...I'll be cracking open a bottle of bubbly the day I have no reason to have to deal with Wells Fargo again!

Wells Fargo usually does a good job at making me feel comfortable during my banking interactions, but the employees at this location seem to do best at making me feel completely uncomfortable. Any time I ever come in here, the male workers gush and ask me really inappropriate and personal questions. They also all act condescending towards me and make it seem as though I don't know anything about my personal banking. After a couple times of being spoken to and also looked at in a very dehumanizing way, I never step inside this location, and have switched over to going to the Stonestown location even though it is farther. Not worth the humiliation.
