I went to get a personal loan and an agent told me they couldn't give me a loan, they checked my credit and said they couldn't help me and they also had reliable customer service and at one point they told me I had no options with Well Fargo after having a good credit with them and I already paid almost a credit card of 8000 dolors and I only wanted to lend 3000 dolors and my credit is 735 and of the 8000 I only owe them 1588 and 35 cents

I have been coming to this Wells Fargo for years and it has just gotten worst with time. Today I waited in like for 15 minutes to be helped while a manager that could have support her one teller by opening another station just hovered over her. Not only could this have helped the line good quick but it could have saved there customers some time to get to work or where ever they were going. This branch really needs to do better.

It's very bad that the ATMs that they have outside have an ATM, you can't withdraw money. The ATMs that they have inside, the merchants use them to make their deposits and since the machines only take like 20 bills, they last a long time there and all because they only have an ATM that's due to lack of staff or bad administration and usually all the time the ATMs outside you cannot withdraw money especially on weekends

Only 2 teller windows open. I counted 14 customers in line. One person waiting 30 minutes in line. This level of service is not acceptable.
